On the other hand, my monk said, also many things happened when he stayed there because committees always disturbing, I am very sadly about that matter, why committees are very poor and crooks. Others Temple, people come to Temple to respected Buddha and Monks, also give red packet to monks. Why this Temple, monks must give money to committees, this is opposite.

When the Chief monk had me to go to his Temple already and he went away and left me alone to take care until Chief monk come back to the Temple first and he also told me not to leave the Temple if any committees or the chairman want to chase me out, you don’t leave the Temple at all understand? Then I said, alright? To the chief monk! On the second Day, YIP KUM FOOK came to our Temple and talk to me. He tired to make some inquiry from me and he asked me, where I come from? I told him that I came from Penang. Then, I told to the lawyer (YIP KUM FOOK) that the chief monk came to Penang and fetch me and invited me to accompany him to go to his temple in K.L. I am not aware that YIP KUM FOOK is not in a good terms with the chief monk, chief monk already in this way, YIP KUM FOOK try to create trouble with me unnecessary. That is why, the lawyer want to chase me out of the Temple. Then I asked the lawyer, why you want to chase me out of the temple? Moreover, the Temple is not belonging to you, UNDERSATAND? Then, I asked him, who are you? I don’t know you at all, you have no right to chase me or control me at all, UNDERSTAND? You are just like a layman only. After this he got very angry with me, then he phoned up to the police and the police came to the Temple and told me to leave the Temple. I told to the inspector of the again, 1 am sorry, I won’t leave the Temple because the chief monk had instructed me not to leave the Temple without his consent, UNDERSTAND? Then the inspector told me to leave, again. I told him I cannot leave the Temple because the Chief Monk hasn’t come back yet. This time, the inspector got very angry with me and he took out his handcuff and try to threaten me, then I immediately show off my hands for him to lock me up but he scare, then again, the inspector told me leave the Temple again but I still don’t want to leave the Temple. Then I phoned up to the chief monk again and I told him that the inspector insisted want to arrest me, you better come back to settle the case for me. After this incident, Chief Monk came back to the Temple and take me to go to another temple and stay their. That’s all about this incidents! Last of all, I would like to inform all of you, that no committees or the chairman can control all the monks and Nuns at all also UNDERSTAND? “They are higher than the King,” also! Basically, it seeks to approach the problems of society by reforming the individuals constituting that society and by suggesting some general principles through which the society can be guided towards greater humanism, improved welfare of its members, and more equitable sharing of resources.

Denda RM40,000 palsukan tandatangan [METROTV] YIP KUM FOOK(LAWYER CHEATING PEOPLE) Kuala Lumpur: Seorang jurutera syarikat perunding pembinaan didenda RM40,000 oleh Mahkamah Sesyen di sini selepas mengaku bersalah terhadap pertuduhan memalsukan tandatangan. Dia dituduh mengikut Seksyen 471 Kanun Keseksaan yang memperuntukkan hukuman penjara maksimum dua tahun dan denda atau kedua-duanya sekali jika sabit kesalahan. Pegawai Pendakwa Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) Mohd Aliff Shaharuzaman memohon hukuman setimpal supaya memberi pengajaran kepada tertuduh kerana amalan pemalsuan dan meniru tandatangan pemilik syarikat. "Kesalahan ini adalah serius dan menjadi barah dalam masyarakat jika tidak ditangani," katanya. Dear Sir and Madam, We are Myanmar group in Malaysia; we lived in Malaysia over decade and always went to one of SAMNAK SAMBODHI Buddhist temple in Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur and we were very sad and regretting with the committees of temple because they are using our monks in wrong conception of Buddhist teaching or Buddhist rules. We came to temple to help our monks and respected of our religion. That temple is president of name: YIP KUM FOOK(lawyer), that our monks said and he is invited our monks from Myanmar to in charge of that temple but without pay anything to our monks, added he and his not respecting of our monks and sometime he ordered of his people to collected item such as paper, mineral water etc. without inform any words to our monks. In our religious believed we can’t take anything of holy place, if we done we are sin. In pervious, our monk said the committees always asked money from him, when our monks gave RM20,000.00 in cash on 2001 to the committees, then committees keep silent, later committees make problem with our monk again and cancelled of our monk Visa permit to stayed in Malaysia, then our monk, Sadayaw Nandiya) go to Australia and our monk not come that temple at long time. “YIP KUM FOOK gave our monk notebook computer for to cover of that amount of money our monk said” Many local people around temple said, now no more people come to this temple because committees is always make problem and we are heard from local people said: YIP KUM FOOK ordered of his people to put fire of Hindu temple at Taman Daya, Kepong because he needed that place to make his business about many years ago. “Everybody known what he done for Hindu temple at Taman Daya, Kepong”
Last time also he invited police to arrest the monks at holy place(temple) and locked the temple without afraid and shameful of people because he believed committee is big and has more authority, also his son always says to people: this temple is belonging of his father. “This temple donated from public, we are work hard for this temple”
This temple the committees always changed the monks, now they change the new monk to in charge of temple, this new monk also complaint the bad things of committees because committees also wait for donation box only, they without help anything to our monks. And committees controlled of our monks not to talk more or complaint more, our monks lived there as slaver and afraid of committees’ members.
In new building where remaining of Buddha statue marble; we have renovation of Buddha statue because that Buddha statue is put very low, we lift to highest the committees don’t like and unhappy. In our country, anyone be able to come temple to worship the Buddha but in Malaysia is different temple controlling by committees. We hope everyone preserve of Buddhist teachings, and please safety of our monks, not see only money as this of temple. When we asked some of our people (Myanmar) and local people, the committees are very low of idea because is very narrow mind and without education of religions. And committees will not be disturbing of our monks, monks are like our father to take care of Buddhism and temple is like our place of resolving of our problem.
Recently, our monk (Sadayaw Ashin Indaka original from Madalay, Myanmar) has been staying in this temple also unhappy because the committees are not pay anything to him, he is working in hardly to advise people and we also unhappy and very sad when heard the bad news from our monks. Sometime the committees people came and shouting in the temple without have any reason and done what they need to do, our monk said, the committees of this temple don’t have Buddhist teachings in their mind, may be next time Buddhist can destroy. From Myanmar Buddhist group in Malaysia but many word complaint by local Buddhist community in Malaysia.
To proclaim to Buddhists in Malaysia Yip Kum Fook (Gombak MCA) did a lot of bad things for SAMNAK SAMBODHI TEMPLE in Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong. My monk Ven. U Nandiya is very good heart and compassion to everyone in the world, also I heard when he stayed at Kuala Lumpur Buddhist Temple, he lends donation money to President of Temple (DATUK YIP KUM FOOK, MCA Gombak) with amount RM20,000.00 only and he said that money belong to Myanmar society in Malaysia.
On the other hand, my monk said, also many things happened when he stayed there because committees always disturbing, I am very sadly about that matter, why committees are very poor and crooks. Others Temple, people come to Temple to respected Buddha and Monks, also give red packet to monks. Why this Temple, monks must give money to committees, this is opposite.

KUALA LUMPUR: Jumlah bayaran balik wang tak dituntut (WTD) dalam simpanan Pendaftar Wang Tak Dituntut kepada pemilik dijangka meningkat sehingga RM95 juta pada tahun ini, kata Timbalan Menteri Kewangan Datuk Ahmad Husni Mohamad Hanadzlah.
Pada tahun lepas, katanya RM58 juta WTD telah dibayar balik kepada empunya berbanding RM15 juta pada tahun 2002.
"Melalui usaha berterusan yang dilakukan kerajaan, ramai pihak yang menuntut berjaya memperolehi wang mereka kembali," katanya di sesi soal jawab di Dewan Negara di sini hari ini.
Sehingga Oktober 2008, seramai 51,000 orang telah memperolehi wang tersebut, meningkat daripada 46,000 orang pada tahun 2007 dan 42,000 orang pada 2006.
Beliau berkata demikian ketika menjawab soalan SENATOR DATUK YIP KUM FOOK yang ingin mengetahui jumlah WTD yang terkumpul oleh pendaftar dan apakah usaha yang diambil oleh kerajaan untuk mengesan pemilik WTD ini.
Ahmad Husni berkata jumlah WTD yang diterima setiap tahun oleh pendaftar menunjukkan peningkatan yang ketara apabila tempoh WTD selama setahun sebelum sesuatu wang yang tak dituntut perlu diserahkan oleh syarikat atau firma kepada pendaftar dimansuhkan melalui pindaan Akta Wang Tak Dituntut berkuatkuasa 1 Jan, 2003.
Pada tahun 2006 dan 2007, katanya jumlah WTD yang diterima oleh pendaftar terus meningkat dengan kadar yang tinggi apabila banyak sekuriti tak dituntut diserahkan ke dalam Akaun Depositori Pusat Menteri Kewangan telah dijual dan hasil jualan dibayar kepada pendaftar sebagai WTD.
Jumlah WTD dalam simpanan pendaftar sehingga 31 Dis 2007 adalah sebanyak RM2.85 bilion.
Ahmad Husni menjelaskan bahawa pendaftar, selaku pemegang amanah sentiasa berusaha membantu orang awam yang menghadapi masalah dalam semakan WTD di syarikat dan firma berkenaan.
"Orang ramai boleh mengemukakan pertanyaan melalui kaunter pejabat pendaftar atau panggilan telefon atau secara bertulis serta melalui internet," katanya.
Kerajaan pada tahun 2006 telah membangunkan Sistem Kewangan dan Pengurusan Perakaunan Kerajaan di bawah kawalan Jabatan Akauntan Negara untuk menyimpan rekod WTD yang diserahkan oleh syarikat dan firma sejak tahun daftar 2005. BERNAMA

最近, 在网络上看了PHRA PIYATHAMMO和尚和马华公会鸱唛区主席叶金福(Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak)律师的双方信件, 使我的内心久久不能平伏, 良心受到很大的譴責, 不吐訢不痛快, 所以我要誠恳的説：他叶金福(Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak)侓师叫外来的流流氓到三宝寺(暹廟)挑衅和尚打架及电招警方人员扣捕沙彌, 其嘲笑手法, 不外是要显示其权力, 而鞏固其职位, 以达到权力就是一切, 好让住持难堪, 自动離开, 方便行事……这种举动, 已间接的表逹其含意, 住持和尚兼顾问, 都无能为力,你们这些信徒能做什么？即使告马耒西亜佛教总会又能为难什么？这种心态, 的硧令人反感, 不是一个正信佛教者应有的行为。

Before I commence of my letter-writing toward. All of you, I would like to inform all of you that I am not satisfy with the lawyer, Dato YIP KUM FOOK (MCA man) due to his bad inspirit impressions because he sent an inspector to come to our Buddhist Temple to arrest me without any good reason, moreover, the lawyer, YIP KUM FOOK is not satisfy with Chief monk.
When the Chief monk had me to go to his Temple already and he went away and left me alone to take care until Chief monk come back to the Temple first and he also told me not to leave the Temple if any committees or the chairman want to chase me out, you don’t leave the Temple at all understand? Then I said, alright? To the chief monk! On the second Day, YIP KUM FOOK came to our Temple and talk to me. He tired to make some inquiry from me and he asked me, where I come from? I told him that I came from Penang.
Then, I told to the lawyer (YIP KUM FOOK) that the chief monk came to Penang and fetch me and invited me to accompany him to go to his temple in K.L. I am not aware that YIP KUM FOOK is not in a good terms with the chief monk, chief monk already in this way, YIP KUM FOOK try to create trouble with me unnecessary. That is why, the lawyer want to chase me out of the Temple. Then I asked the lawyer, why you want to chase me out of the temple? Moreover, the Temple is not belonging to you, UNDERSATAND? Then, I asked him, who are you? I don’t know you at all, you have no right to chase me or control me at all, UNDERSTAND? You are just like a layman only. Do you know the regulations that any the chairman or committee cannot control the monks and the Nuns at all, also UNDERSTAND?
I scolded him like that. Then the lawyer (YIP KUM FOOK) is not satisfy with me and he told me that he will called the police to come to the Temple and arrest me. I told him to go ahead and called the police to come and arrest me. I won’t run away, I said to him like that. I have done nothing wrong toward you, why you want to arrest me? He said, he doesn’t like me to stay here. I asked him, why? Again. After this he got very angry with me, then he phoned up to the police and the police came to the Temple and told me to leave the Temple.
I told to the inspector of the again, 1 am sorry, I won’t leave the Temple because the chief monk had instructed me not to leave the Temple without his consent, UNDERSTAND? Then the inspector told me to leave, again. I told him I cannot leave the Temple because the Chief Monk hasn’t come back yet. This time, the inspector got very angry with me and he took out his handcuff and try to threaten me, then I immediately show off my hands for him to lock me up but he scare, then again, the inspector told me leave the Temple again but I still don’t want to leave the Temple.
Then I phoned up to the chief monk again and I told him that the inspector insisted want to arrest me, you better come back to settle the case for me. After this incident, Chief Monk came back to the Temple and take me to go to another temple and stay their. That’s all about this incidents! Last of all, I would like to inform all of you, that no committees or the chairman can control all the monks and Nuns at all also UNDERSTAND? “They are higher than the King,” also! So how can the laymen, the committees and the chairman to control them: – EVEN THE KING ALSO RESPECTED THE MONKS AND NUNS. Why the chairman doesn’t respect the monks and nuns? They will carry the sins later on, UNDERSTAND?

ReplyDeleteI am Myanmar who working in Malaysia more than 10 years and I would like to explain about SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST ASSOCIATION. Therefore, recently I stayed at Sasanarakkha Buddhist Sanctuary (SBS), Taiping, Perak. I am very close with Ven. U Nandiya Maha Thero.
My monk Ven. U Nandiya is very good heart and compassion to everyone in the world, also I heard when he stayed at Kuala Lumpur Buddhist Temple, he lend donation money to President of Temple(Datuk Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak) with amount RM20,000.00 only and he said that money belong to Myanmar society in Malaysia.
On the other hand, my monk said, also many things happened when he stayed there because committees always disturbing, I am very sadly about that matter, why committees are very poor and crooks. Others Temple, people come to Temple to respected Buddha and Monks, also give red packet to monks. Why this Temple, monks must give money to committees, this is opposite.
If anyone receive or read this message, please inform to DATUK YIP KUM FOOK to return that amount to my monk as soon as possible.

ReplyDeleteThe thrust of the Buddha Dhamma is not directed to the creation of new political institutions and establishing political arrangements. Basically, it seeks to approach the problems of society by reforming the individuals constituting that society and by suggesting some general principles through which the society can be guided towards greater humanism, improved welfare of its members, and more equitable sharing of resources.
On the other hand, may be Datuk Yip Kum Fook father of Buddha because he can played dirty politics inside Buddhist Temple (SANMAK SAMBODHI) at No: 19-21 Jalan 38 Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong 52100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. If Buddha alive, Buddha will shout of his father because of is very low knowledge. WHY people at that Buddhist Temples are very stupid to selected leader crooks human.
However, this does not mean that Buddhists cannot or should not get involved in the political process, which is a social reality. The lives of the members of a society are shaped by laws and regulations, economic arrangements allowed within a country, institutional arrangements, which are influenced by the political arrangements of that society. Nevertheless, if a Buddhist wishes to be involved in politics, he (Datuk Yip Kum Fook) should not misuse religion to gain political powers, nor is it advisable for those who have renounced the worldly life to lead a pure, religious life to be actively involved in politics.

Denda RM40,000 palsukan tandatangan [METROTV] YIP KUM FOOK(LAWYER CHEATING PEOPLE)
ReplyDeleteKuala Lumpur: Seorang jurutera syarikat perunding pembinaan didenda RM40,000 oleh Mahkamah Sesyen di sini selepas mengaku bersalah terhadap pertuduhan memalsukan tandatangan.
Hakim Azura Alwi menjatuhkan hukuman itu ke atas Toh Hwee Sheng, 46, dan memerintahkannya dipenjara enam bulan jika gagal membayar denda.
Toh didakwa dengan curangnya menggunakan suatu dokumen sebagai tulen iaitu satu buku 'Structure Design Calculation' bertarikh 2 Ogos 2014 berhubung kiraan struktur dan pelan struktur bagi cadangan membina banglo dua setengah tingkat di atas Lot PT 1, No 1, Jalan 5, Selayang Baru, Mukim Batu, Gombak, Majlis Perbandaran Selayang daripada Lieng Consult kepada Datuk Yip Kum Fook(penipu) iaitu pemilik tanah yang mana mempunyai sebab untuk mempercayai dokumen itu adalah palsu antara 2 Ogos sehingga 12 Ogos 2014 di No 2A & B, Jalan 53, Desa Jaya Kepong, di sini.
Dia dituduh mengikut Seksyen 471 Kanun Keseksaan yang memperuntukkan hukuman penjara maksimum dua tahun dan denda atau kedua-duanya sekali jika sabit kesalahan.
Pegawai Pendakwa Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) Mohd Aliff Shaharuzaman memohon hukuman setimpal supaya memberi pengajaran kepada tertuduh kerana amalan pemalsuan dan meniru tandatangan pemilik syarikat.
"Kesalahan ini adalah serius dan menjadi barah dalam masyarakat jika tidak ditangani," katanya.
Tertuduh yang tidak diwakili peguam merayu supaya hanya hukuman denda dikenakan dan tidak dipenjara kerana mempunyai banyak tanggungan selain isteri seorang surirumah.
"Saya tiada niat memperdayakan pihak Majlis Perbandaran Selayang dan hanya mencari pendapatan buat keluarga.
"Ini kesalahan pertama saya dan saya menyesal serta insaf atas kesalahan dilakukan," katanya.
Mengikut fakta kes, pada 2013, Datuk Yip Kum Fook iaitu bekas Ahli Majlis Perbandaran Selayang mengarahkan syarikat tertuduh bekerja, Lieng Consult menyediakan Borang A, Kiraan Struktur dan Pelan Struktur bagi cadangan membina banglo dua setengah tingkat di atas Lot PT 1, No 1, Jalan 5, Selayang Baru, Mukim Batu, Gombak.
Bagaimanapun, penyediaan dokumen itu adalah tanpa pengetahuan Lieng Wei Ming selaku pemilik syarikat.
Lieng memaklumkan semua dokumen itu tidak dikeluarkan syarikatnya dan mengesahkan tandatangan pada dokumen itu juga bukan miliknya.
Selain itu, tertuduh juga menerima wang RM10,000 daripada Yip Kum Fook(penipu) atas pembayaran kerja dilakukan iaitu menyediakan semua dokumen itu.
Hasil semakan Bahagian Forensik SPRM mengesahkan tandatangan dokumen 'Structure Design Calculation' adalah berbeza dengan spesimen tandatangan diambil daripada Lieng.

ReplyDeleteLet me tell you the history about SANNAK SAMBODHI, TAMAN DESA JAYA, KEPONG, KUALA LUMPUR. Last time we were members of the temple but now we are very far apart because now the committee members are very proud of the activities or duties of the temple.
On the other hand, the current president of the temple is YIP KUM FOOK and son YIP JIUN HANN. His son always said to the devotees: THIS TEMPLE IS MY FATHER'S TEMPLE. Or is it my father's property…we are silent because We know this temple very well where it came from...
Now the members of the temple committees are their only group. Others cannot join as members and use Myanmar monks only for service and blessing. Only Myanmar monks are very smart (All monks from Myanmar have the rank of DR or PH. D), but the disciples(devotees) here are very confused because the disciples here have never heard of that name(titles).

We are Myanmar group in Malaysia; we lived in Malaysia over decade and always went to one of SAMNAK SAMBODHI Buddhist temple in Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur and we were very sad and regretting with the committees of temple because they are using our monks in wrong conception of Buddhist teaching or Buddhist rules. We came to temple to help our monks and respected of our religion.
That temple is president of name: YIP KUM FOOK(lawyer), that our monks said and he is invited our monks from Myanmar to in charge of that temple but without pay anything to our monks, added he and his not respecting of our monks and sometime he ordered of his people to collected item such as paper, mineral water etc. without inform any words to our monks. In our religious believed we can’t take anything of holy place, if we done we are sin.
In pervious, our monk said the committees always asked money from him, when our monks gave RM20,000.00 in cash on 2001 to the committees, then committees keep silent, later committees make problem with our monk again and cancelled of our monk Visa permit to stayed in Malaysia, then our monk, Sadayaw Nandiya) go to Australia and our monk not come that temple at long time. “YIP KUM FOOK gave our monk notebook computer for to cover of that amount of money our monk said”
Many local people around temple said, now no more people come to this temple because committees is always make problem and we are heard from local people said: YIP KUM FOOK ordered of his people to put fire of Hindu temple at Taman Daya, Kepong because he needed that place to make his business about many years ago. “Everybody known what he done for Hindu temple at Taman Daya, Kepong”
Last time also he invited police to arrest the monks at holy place(temple) and locked the temple without afraid and shameful of people because he believed committee is big and has more authority, also his son always says to people: this temple is belonging of his father. “This temple donated from public, we are work hard for this temple”
This temple the committees always changed the monks, now they change the new monk to in charge of temple, this new monk also complaint the bad things of committees because committees also wait for donation box only, they without help anything to our monks. And committees controlled of our monks not to talk more or complaint more, our monks lived there as slaver and afraid of committees’ members.
In new building where remaining of Buddha statue marble; we have renovation of Buddha statue because that Buddha statue is put very low, we lift to highest the committees don’t like and unhappy. In our country, anyone be able to come temple to worship the Buddha but in Malaysia is different temple controlling by committees.
We hope everyone preserve of Buddhist teachings, and please safety of our monks, not see only money as this of temple. When we asked some of our people (Myanmar) and local people, the committees are very low of idea because is very narrow mind and without education of religions. And committees will not be disturbing of our monks, monks are like our father to take care of Buddhism and temple is like our place of resolving of our problem.
Recently, our monk (Sadayaw Ashin Indaka original from Madalay, Myanmar) has been staying in this temple also unhappy because the committees are not pay anything to him, he is working in hardly to advise people and we also unhappy and very sad when heard the bad news from our monks. Sometime the committees people came and shouting in the temple without have any reason and done what they need to do, our monk said, the committees of this temple don’t have Buddhist teachings in their mind, may be next time Buddhist can destroy.

Yip Kum Fook was the president of this temple because the other president (Ah Chia), then Ah Chia, and the committee members left and then set up a new committee. He used his power to play politics in the temple until now the temple has never peaceful
On the other hand, his son (Yip Jiun Hann) would often say to the monks and devotees, this temple is my father's temple. And this temple belongs to my father. Maybe his father to teach him that to his son

Untuk mengisytiharkan kepada penganut Buddha di Malaysia
Yip Kum Fook (MCA Gombak) melakukan banyak perkara buruk terhadap KUIL SANMAK SAMBODHI di Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong. Semasa dia mengeluarkan rahib daripada kuil, dia memberitahu orang-orangnya untuk menutup pintu kuil, mereka semua (sami-sami) terpaksa pergi kerana telah menggunakan kuasa dalam langkah ini.
Yip Kum Fook adalah presiden kuil ini kerana presiden lain (Ah Chia), kemudian Ah Chia, dan ahli jawatankuasa pergi dan kemudian menubuhkan jawatankuasa baharu. Dia menggunakan kuasanya untuk bermain politik di kuil sehingga kini kuil tidak pernah aman.

Buddhists have to follow any precepts rules but YIP KUM FOOK there is nothing any precepts rules in Buddhism, it is very embarrassing.
Also, he called the police to harass the Buddhist monks at the temple. Adding he cheated Myanmar monk’s money, many people know about it.
On the other hand, this YIP KUM FOOK did not feel ashamed and embarrassed of the Buddha, he thought, he was a very successful person, also he is dirty in MCA politics

最近, 在网络上看了PHRA PIYATHAMMO和尚和马华公会鸱唛区主席叶金福(Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak)律师的双方信件, 使我的内心久久不能平伏, 良心受到很大的譴責, 不吐訢不痛快, 所以我要誠恳的説：他叶金福(Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak)侓师叫外来的流流氓到三宝寺(暹廟)挑衅和尚打架及电招警方人员扣捕沙彌, 其嘲笑手法, 不外是要显示其权力, 而鞏固其职位, 以达到权力就是一切, 好让住持难堪, 自动離开, 方便行事……这种举动, 已间接的表逹其含意, 住持和尚兼顾问, 都无能为力,你们这些信徒能做什么？即使告马耒西亜佛教总会又能为难什么？这种心态, 的硧令人反感, 不是一个正信佛教者应有的行为。
至今, 三宝寺的理事成员多数是其親戚, 这是实事, 加入会员需交RM100元费用，同时，必须经过叶金福(Yip Kum Fook)律师的同意，否则免談, 所以会员也不多。
马华公会鹅唛区主席叶金福(Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak)律师，自控制三宝寺之後，把三宝寺(暹廟)当着私人產業，聘用和尚賺钱，利用佛教的道地为政治活动埸所，而处理三宝寺的钱财也不透明？这点，值得信众追问。马来西亚地擴人多，和尚也不缺乏，为什么不用本地和尚当任住持化缘，却偏偏劳心劳神，浪费签证费，交通费？ 还要烦劳梹城佛总的推荐信, 向文化不同, 而語言又不通之千哩外囯缅旬和尚求助？ 为什么….为什么？ 只要我们用头脑想一想，便一日了然, 不必晝虎添足。

再说, 根据前理事在网络上给叶金福(Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak)律师的批評, 説他懂得包裝自己的道德守则, 以宗教为幌子手, 到处募款, 啇業经营, 政治活动为重, 并没依循佛教守則行事, 也没对人道作出貢献, 只不过借三宝寺宗教之名捞取权和私利而己, 其言也不为过, 是实事。
在此, 我恳切希望, 廣大的佛教信仰者, 给予关注, 并共創義举, 弘扬佛教. 谢谢。

In Buddhism, he was the president of SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST TEMPLE in Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong in 1994, before the president of the temple was SHIA KOK SUN, YIP KUM FOOK this joined the committee members then he rejected SHIA KOK SUN, then he took over as president
Happened at the SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST TEMPLE, from him taking over the presidential temple, was never peaceful and always a problem because he was a trouble maker, pushing the old committee and various making a mess in the Temple
Instead, he defrauded a Myanmar monk (ven. Nandiya) of about rm20,000.00, called police and gangster to remove the Buddhist monk, a monk is from Penang (Ven. Piya Dhammo), and ordered his group to lock down the temple
YIP KUM FOOK will receive his Karma in what he does, all the GODS have seen and always commented on him and he will suffer forever in this life and the next life… all need to care about YIP KUM FOOK…

we are a Buddhist sangha community in Penang and we need to inform all Sangha in Malaysia and abroad because the last time our monks went to visit SAMNAK SAMBODHI, Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur and we monks were kicked out by the Temple president
ReplyDeletewe are a monk in Ven. Phra Piya Dhammo was a retired Singapore CID police officer, later he became a monk in Mahindarama, Penang. He practiced under Chief monks, Dr. Ven E Indaratana Maha Thero, Mahindarama Buddhist Temple, Penang, for five years, after which he travelled for Dhamma everywhere in Malaysia
Ven. Phra Piya Dhammo said, he was very happy and peaceful to stay temporarily in SAMNAK SAMBODHI as it was associated with the higher knowledge and education of the monks, our Bhante said all the monks were very moral and kind like brothers.
On one occasion, YIP KUM FOOK realized and got angry at our Bhante because this YIP KUM FOOK is the president of SAMNAK SAMBODHI and has the power to get rid of anyone in the Temple but our Bhante did not do anything wrong, also this president called the police, and his thugs to drive away(kick) we monk out of the Temple
we saved and protected our Buddhist sangha from danger and bullying from someone, you (Bhante), you are not alone, we come to help you

ReplyDeleteKUALA LUMPUR: Jumlah bayaran balik wang tak dituntut (WTD) dalam simpanan Pendaftar Wang Tak Dituntut kepada pemilik dijangka meningkat sehingga RM95 juta pada tahun ini, kata Timbalan Menteri Kewangan Datuk Ahmad Husni Mohamad Hanadzlah.
Pada tahun lepas, katanya RM58 juta WTD telah dibayar balik kepada empunya berbanding RM15 juta pada tahun 2002.
"Melalui usaha berterusan yang dilakukan kerajaan, ramai pihak yang menuntut berjaya memperolehi wang mereka kembali," katanya di sesi soal jawab di Dewan Negara di sini hari ini.
Sehingga Oktober 2008, seramai 51,000 orang telah memperolehi wang tersebut, meningkat daripada 46,000 orang pada tahun 2007 dan 42,000 orang pada 2006.
Beliau berkata demikian ketika menjawab soalan SENATOR DATUK YIP KUM FOOK yang ingin mengetahui jumlah WTD yang terkumpul oleh pendaftar dan apakah usaha yang diambil oleh kerajaan untuk mengesan pemilik WTD ini.
Ahmad Husni berkata jumlah WTD yang diterima setiap tahun oleh pendaftar menunjukkan peningkatan yang ketara apabila tempoh WTD selama setahun sebelum sesuatu wang yang tak dituntut perlu diserahkan oleh syarikat atau firma kepada pendaftar dimansuhkan melalui pindaan Akta Wang Tak Dituntut berkuatkuasa 1 Jan, 2003.
Pada tahun 2006 dan 2007, katanya jumlah WTD yang diterima oleh pendaftar terus meningkat dengan kadar yang tinggi apabila banyak sekuriti tak dituntut diserahkan ke dalam Akaun Depositori Pusat Menteri Kewangan telah dijual dan hasil jualan dibayar kepada pendaftar sebagai WTD.
Jumlah WTD dalam simpanan pendaftar sehingga 31 Dis 2007 adalah sebanyak RM2.85 bilion.
Ahmad Husni menjelaskan bahawa pendaftar, selaku pemegang amanah sentiasa berusaha membantu orang awam yang menghadapi masalah dalam semakan WTD di syarikat dan firma berkenaan.
"Orang ramai boleh mengemukakan pertanyaan melalui kaunter pejabat pendaftar atau panggilan telefon atau secara bertulis serta melalui internet," katanya.
Kerajaan pada tahun 2006 telah membangunkan Sistem Kewangan dan Pengurusan Perakaunan Kerajaan di bawah kawalan Jabatan Akauntan Negara untuk menyimpan rekod WTD yang diserahkan oleh syarikat dan firma sejak tahun daftar 2005. BERNAMA

DATUK YIP KUM FOOK appointed his son (叶君瀚 YIP JIUN HANN) to be MCA chairman division Gombak but also the same system because his son was more playboy than a father, MCA party need to change and remove the dirty one, in future maybe can collapse like Buddhist Temple in Kepong (吉隆坡甲洞帝沙再也三宝)

ReplyDeleteLelaki ini (Datuk Yip) selalu menelefon polis untuk menangkap sami Buddha dan menutup pintu Kaabah untuk tidak membenarkan sami Buddha masuk untuk menginap, semua sami Buddha terpaksa menyewa hotel untuk seketika...Mr Tan dan Kelemahan Encik Wah pada hari itu, pasukannya, samseng dan dua anggota polis datang mengganggu Ven.
