I am Myanmar who working in Malaysia more than 10 years and I would like to explain about SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST ASSOCIATION. Therefore, recently I stayed at Sasanarakkha Buddhist Sanctuary (SBS), Taiping, Perak. I am very close with Ven. U Nandiya Maha Thero.
My monk Ven. U Nandiya is very good heart and compassion to everyone in the world, also I heard when he stayed at Kuala Lumpur Buddhist Temple, he lend donation money to President of Temple(Datuk Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak) with amount RM20,000.00 only and he said that money belong to Myanmar society in Malaysia.
On the other hand, my monk said, also many things happened when he stayed there because committees always disturbing, I am very sadly about that matter, why committees are very poor and crooks. Others Temple, people come to Temple to respected Buddha and Monks, also give red packet to monks. Why this Temple, monks must give money to committees, this is opposite.

The thrust of the Buddha Dhamma is not directed to the creation of new political institutions and establishing political arrangements. Basically, it seeks to approach the problems of society by reforming the individuals constituting that society and by suggesting some general principles through which the society can be guided towards greater humanism, improved welfare of its members, and more equitable sharing of resources.
On the other hand, may be Datuk Yip Kum Fook father of Buddha because he can played dirty politics inside Buddhist Temple (SANMAK SAMBODHI) at No: 19-21 Jalan 38 Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong 52100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. If Buddha alive, Buddha will shout of his father because of is very low knowledge. WHY people at that Buddhist Temples are very stupid to selected leader crooks human.
However, this does not mean that Buddhists cannot or should not get involved in the political process, which is a social reality. The lives of the members of a society are shaped by laws and regulations, economic arrangements allowed within a country, institutional arrangements, which are influenced by the political arrangements of that society. Nevertheless, if a Buddhist wishes to be involved in politics, he (Datuk Yip Kum Fook) should not misuse religion to gain political powers, nor is it advisable for those who have renounced the worldly life to lead a pure, religious life to be actively involved in politics.

Sami saya Ven. U Nandiya adalah hati dan belas kasihan yang sangat baik kepada semua orang di dunia, juga saya dengar ketika dia tinggal di Kuil Buddha Kuala Lumpur, dia meminjamkan wang sumbangan kepada Presiden Kuil (Datuk Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak) dengan jumlah RM20 , 000.00 sahaja dan dia mengatakan bahawa wang adalah milik masyarakat Myanmar di Malaysia.
Sebaliknya, kata bhikkhu saya, juga banyak perkara berlaku semasa dia tinggal di sana kerana jawatankuasa selalu mengganggu, saya sangat sedih dengan perkara itu, mengapa jawatankuasa sangat miskin dan penjahat. Yang lain Kuil, orang datang ke Kuil untuk dihormati Buddha dan Biksu, juga memberikan paket merah kepada para bhikkhu. Mengapa Kuil ini, para bhikkhu mesti memberikan wang kepada jawatankuasa, ini adalah sebaliknya.

Dear Devotees,
Before I commence of my letter-writing toward. All of you, I would like to inform all of you that I am not satisfy with the lawyer, Dato YIP KUM FOOK due to his bad inspirit impressions because he sent an inspector to come to our Buddhist Temple to arrest me without any good reason, moreover, the lawyer, YIP KUM FOOK is not satisfy with Chief monk.
When the Chief monk had me to go to his Temple already and he went away and left me alone to take care until Chief monk come back to the Temple first and he also told me not to leave the Temple if any committees or the chairman want to chase me out, you don’t leave the Temple at all understand? Then I said, alright? To the chief monk! On the second Day, YIP KUM FOOK came to our Temple and talk to me. He tired to make some inquiry from me and he asked me, where I come from? I told him that I came from Penang.
Then, I told to the lawyer (YIP KUM FOOK) that the chief monk came to Penang and fetch me and invited me to accompany him to go to his temple in K.L. I am not aware that YIP KUM FOOK is not in a good terms with the chief monk, chief monk already in this way, YIP KUM FOOK try to create trouble with me unnecessary. That is why, the lawyer want to chase me out of the Temple. Then I asked the lawyer, why you want to chase me out of the temple? Moreover, the Temple is not belonging to you, UNDERSATAND? Then, I asked him, who are you? I don’t know you at all, you have no right to chase me or control me at all, UNDERSTAND? You are just like a layman only. Do you know the regulations that any the chairman or committee cannot control the monks and the Nuns at all, also UNDERSTAND?
I scolded him like that. Then the lawyer (YIP KUM FOOK) is not satisfy with me and he told me that he will called the police to come to the Temple and arrest me. I told him to go ahead and called the police to come and arrest me. I won’t run away, I said to him like that. I have done nothing wrong toward you, why you want to arrest me? He said, he doesn’t like me to stay here. I asked him, why? Again. After this he got very angry with me, then he phoned up to the police and the police came to the Temple and told me to leave the Temple.
I told to the inspector of the again, 1 am sorry, I won’t leave the Temple because the chief monk had instructed me not to leave the Temple without his consent, UNDERSTAND? Then the inspector told me to leave, again. I told him I cannot leave the Temple because the Chief Monk hasn’t come back yet. This time, the inspector got very angry with me and he took out his handcuff and try to threaten me, then I immediately show off my hands for him to lock me up but he scare, then again, the inspector told me leave the Temple again but I still don’t want to leave the Temple.
Then I phoned up to the chief monk again and I told him that the inspector insisted want to arrest me, you better come back to settle the case for me. After this incident, Chief Monk came back to the Temple and take me to go to another temple and stay their. That’s all about this incidents! Last of all, I would like to inform all of you, that no committees or the chairman can control all the monks and Nuns at all also UNDERSTAND? “They are higher than the King,” also! So how can the laymen, the committees and the chairman to control them: – EVEN THE KING ALSO RESPECTED THE MONKS AND NUNS. Why the chairman doesn’t respect the monks and nuns? They will carry the sins later on, UNDERSTAND?

YIP KUM FOOK (LAWYER) menghalau para bhikkhu keluar dari kuil atau SAMNAK SAMBODHI, Desa Jaya, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur Dia menggunakan samseng untuk mengusir para bhikkhu itu dan juga memanggil polis untuk mengganggu para bhikkhu di kuil dan YIP KUM FOOK (LAWYER) tidak menghormati Buddha dan para bhikkhu Thanks Ng, Kepong
We are Myanmar group in Malaysia; we lived in Malaysia over decade and always went to one of temple in Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur and we were very sad and regretting with the committees of temple because they are using our monks in wrong conception of Buddhist teaching or Buddhist rules. We came to temple to help our monks and respected of our religion.
That temple is president of name: Yip Kum Fook, that our monks said and he is invited our monks from Myanmar to in charge of that temple but without pay anything to our monks, added he and his not respecting of our monks and sometime he ordered of his people to collected item such as paper, mineral water etc. without inform any words to our monks. In our religious believed we can’t take anything of holy place, if we done we are sin.
In pervious, our monk said the committees always asked money from him, when our monks gave RM20,000.00 in cash on 2001 to the committees, then committees keep silent, later committees make problem with our monk again and cancelled of our monk Visa permit to stayed in Malaysia, then our monks ( Sadayaw Nandiya) go to Australia and our monk not come that temple at long time. “Yip Kum Fook gave our monk notebook computer for to cover of that amount of money our monk said”
Many local people around temple said, now no more people come to this temple because committees is always make problem and we are heard from local people said: Yip Kum Fook ordered of his people to put fire of Hindu temple at Taman Daya, Kepong because he needed that place to make his business about many years ago. “Everybody known what he done for Hindu temple at Taman Daya, Kepong”
Last time also he invited police to arrest the monks at holy place(temple) and locked the temple without afraid and shameful of people because he believed committee is big and has more authority, also his son always says to people: this temple is belonging of his father. “This temple donated from public, we are work hard for this temple”
This temple the committees always changed the monks, now they change the new monk to in charge of temple, this new monk also complaint the bad things of committees because committees also wait for donation box only, they without help anything to our monks. And committees controlled of our monks not to talk more or complaint more, our monks lived there as slaver and afraid of committee’s members.
In new building where remaining of Buddha statue marble; we have renovation of Buddha statue because that Buddha statue is put very low, we lift to highest the committees don’t like and unhappy. In our country, anyone be able to come temple to worship the Buddha but in Malaysia is different temple controlling by committees.
We hope everyone preserve of Buddhist teachings, and please safety of our monks, not see only money as this of temple. When we asked some of our people (Myanmar) and local people, the committees are very low of idea because is very narrow mind and without education of religions. And committees will not be disturbing of our monks, monks are like our father to take care of Buddhism and temple is like our place of resolving of our problem.
Recently, our monk (Sadayaw Ashin Indaka original from Madalay, Myanmar) has been staying in this temple also unhappy because the committees are not pay anything to him, he is working in hardly to advise people and we also unhappy and very sad when heard the bad news from our monks. Sometime the committees people came and shouting in the temple without have any reason and done what they need to do, our monk said, the committees of this temple don’t have Buddhist teachings in their mind, may be next time Buddhist can destroy.

Dia dituduh mengikut Seksyen 471 Kanun Keseksaan yang memperuntukkan hukuman penjara maksimum dua tahun dan denda atau kedua-duanya sekali jika sabit kesalahan. Pegawai Pendakwa Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) Mohd Aliff Shaharuzaman memohon hukuman setimpal supaya memberi pengajaran kepada tertuduh kerana amalan pemalsuan dan meniru tandatangan pemilik syarikat. "Kesalahan ini adalah serius dan menjadi barah dalam masyarakat jika tidak ditangani," katanya. SHAH ALAM: Five men, including four brothers charged with polluting Sungai Gong in Rawang have been released on bail by the Shah Alam High Court.
Yip Kok Wai, 53; Yip Kok Mun, 58; Yip Kok Kuin, 50, Yip Kok Wong, 60 and Yip Kum Fook, 66 – directors of a machinery repair company – and workshop manager Ho Voon Leong, 59, were released yesterday on a RM400,000 bail each, with one surety, by Judicial Commissioner Norsharidah Awang.
The five had been charged with dumping hazardous materials into Sungai Gong, which had resulted in sudden water cuts in Selangor for several days as the water was too contaminated for treatment plants to process.
The five appeared before Norsharidah after she allowed their review application against an earlier decision by the Sessions Court to deny them bail.
Norsharidah also ordered the men to surrender their passports to the court.
Although they were allowed bail, Norsharidah held in her judgment that she had taken into account the gravity of the alleged offence, as well as the danger if the crime was repeated.
She also said she had taken into account the health conditions of the accused persons.
“This is a serious case which caught the public eye, so the court allows all the accused to be released on bail of RM400,000 each with one surety, besides the additional condition for them to surrender their passports to the court, and if any offence is committed during this duration, the court will rescind the bail,’’ said Norsharidah.
On Sept 17, all five men had filed the review application against the Selayang Sessions Court’s decision to deny them bail.
They were earlier slapped with two charges at the Selayang Sessions Court on Sept 15.
The men were first charged under Section 430 of the Penal Code with causing mischief by injury to irrigation works near the Yip Chee Seng & Sons Sdn Bhd workshop at Lot 4219, Jalan Batu Arang, Kg Sungai Dua, Rawang between Sept 2 and 3 that led to serious water pollution in Sungai Gong.
They were also charged under Section 25 (1) of the Environmental Quality Act 1974 with discharging scheduled waste without a licence into the environment, leading to pollution.
The accused claimed trial to both charges.
They face a jail sentence of not less than five years and not more than 30 years, or a fine, or both, under Section 430 of the Penal Code and face a fine not exceeding RM100,000, or a jail sentence not exceeding five years, or both, under Section 25 (1) of the Environ-mental Quality Act 1974.
In submission, counsel for the accused Datuk Akberdin Abdul Kader said bail should be allowed as there was no evidence that indicated the accused would abscond or interfere with witnesses.
DPP Mohd Asnawi Abu Hanipah argued that even though the court had the discretion to allow bail, it should consider the gravity of the case which resulted in 1.2 million consumers being affected during the water disruption.

KUALA LUMPUR: Jumlah bayaran balik wang tak dituntut (WTD) dalam simpanan Pendaftar Wang Tak Dituntut kepada pemilik dijangka meningkat sehingga RM95 juta pada tahun ini, kata Timbalan Menteri Kewangan Datuk Ahmad Husni Mohamad Hanadzlah.
Pada tahun lepas, katanya RM58 juta WTD telah dibayar balik kepada empunya berbanding RM15 juta pada tahun 2002.
"Melalui usaha berterusan yang dilakukan kerajaan, ramai pihak yang menuntut berjaya memperolehi wang mereka kembali," katanya di sesi soal jawab di Dewan Negara di sini hari ini.
Sehingga Oktober 2008, seramai 51,000 orang telah memperolehi wang tersebut, meningkat daripada 46,000 orang pada tahun 2007 dan 42,000 orang pada 2006.
Beliau berkata demikian ketika menjawab soalan SENATOR DATUK YIP KUM FOOK yang ingin mengetahui jumlah WTD yang terkumpul oleh pendaftar dan apakah usaha yang diambil oleh kerajaan untuk mengesan pemilik WTD ini.
Ahmad Husni berkata jumlah WTD yang diterima setiap tahun oleh pendaftar menunjukkan peningkatan yang ketara apabila tempoh WTD selama setahun sebelum sesuatu wang yang tak dituntut perlu diserahkan oleh syarikat atau firma kepada pendaftar dimansuhkan melalui pindaan Akta Wang Tak Dituntut berkuatkuasa 1 Jan, 2003.
Pada tahun 2006 dan 2007, katanya jumlah WTD yang diterima oleh pendaftar terus meningkat dengan kadar yang tinggi apabila banyak sekuriti tak dituntut diserahkan ke dalam Akaun Depositori Pusat Menteri Kewangan telah dijual dan hasil jualan dibayar kepada pendaftar sebagai WTD.
Jumlah WTD dalam simpanan pendaftar sehingga 31 Dis 2007 adalah sebanyak RM2.85 bilion.
Ahmad Husni menjelaskan bahawa pendaftar, selaku pemegang amanah sentiasa berusaha membantu orang awam yang menghadapi masalah dalam semakan WTD di syarikat dan firma berkenaan.
"Orang ramai boleh mengemukakan pertanyaan melalui kaunter pejabat pendaftar atau panggilan telefon atau secara bertulis serta melalui internet," katanya.
Kerajaan pada tahun 2006 telah membangunkan Sistem Kewangan dan Pengurusan Perakaunan Kerajaan di bawah kawalan Jabatan Akauntan Negara untuk menyimpan rekod WTD yang diserahkan oleh syarikat dan firma sejak tahun daftar 2005. BERNAMA

My monk Ven. U Nandiya is very good heart and compassion to everyone in the world, also I heard when he stayed at Kuala Lumpur Buddhist Temple, he lend donation money to President of Temple(Datuk Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak) with amount RM20,000.00 only and he said that money belong to Myanmar society in Malaysia.
On the other hand, my monk said, also many things happened when he stayed there because committees always disturbing, I am very sadly about that matter, why committees are very poor and crooks. Others Temple, people come to Temple to respected Buddha and Monks, also give red packet to monks. Why this Temple, monks must give money to committees, this is opposite.

If Buddha alive, Buddha will shout of his father because of is very low knowledge. WHY people at that Buddhist Temples are very stupid to selected leader crooks human.
However, this does not mean that Buddhists cannot or should not get involved in the political process, which is a social reality. The lives of the members of a society are shaped by laws and regulations, economic arrangements allowed within a country, institutional arrangements, which are influenced by the political arrangements of that society. Nevertheless, if a Buddhist wishes to be involved in politics, he (Datuk Yip Kum Fook) should not misuse religion to gain political powers, nor is it advisable for those who have renounced the worldly life to lead a pure, religious life to be actively involved in politics.

Yang lain Kuil, orang datang ke Kuil untuk dihormati Buddha dan Biksu, juga memberikan paket merah kepada para bhikkhu. Mengapa Kuil ini, para bhikkhu mesti memberikan wang kepada jawatankuasa, ini adalah sebaliknya.

最近, 在网络上看了PHRA PIYATHAMMO和尚和马华公会鸱唛区主席叶金福(Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak)律师的双方信件, 使我的内心久久不能平伏, 良心受到很大的譴責, 不吐訢不痛快, 所以我要誠恳的説：他叶金福(Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak)侓师叫外来的流流氓到三宝寺(暹廟)挑衅和尚打架及电招警方人员扣捕沙彌, 其嘲笑手法, 不外是要显示其权力, 而鞏固其职位, 以达到权力就是一切, 好让住持难堪, 自动離开, 方便行事……这种举动, 已间接的表逹其含意, 住持和尚兼顾问, 都无能为力,你们这些信徒能做什么？即使告马耒西亜佛教总会又能为难什么？这种心态, 的硧令人反感, 不是一个正信佛教者应有的行为。

ReplyDeleteI am Myanmar who working in Malaysia more than 10 years and I would like to explain about SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST ASSOCIATION. Therefore, recently I stayed at Sasanarakkha Buddhist Sanctuary (SBS), Taiping, Perak. I am very close with Ven. U Nandiya Maha Thero.
My monk Ven. U Nandiya is very good heart and compassion to everyone in the world, also I heard when he stayed at Kuala Lumpur Buddhist Temple, he lend donation money to President of Temple(Datuk Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak) with amount RM20,000.00 only and he said that money belong to Myanmar society in Malaysia.
On the other hand, my monk said, also many things happened when he stayed there because committees always disturbing, I am very sadly about that matter, why committees are very poor and crooks. Others Temple, people come to Temple to respected Buddha and Monks, also give red packet to monks. Why this Temple, monks must give money to committees, this is opposite.
If anyone receive or read this message, please inform to DATUK YIP KUM FOOK to return that amount to my monk as soon as possible.

Dear Devotees,
Before I commence of my letter-writing toward. All of you, I would like to inform all of you that I am not satisfy with the lawyer, Dato YIP KUM FOOK due to his bad inspirit impressions because he sent an inspector to come to our Buddhist Temple to arrest me without any good reason, moreover, the lawyer, YIP KUM FOOK is not satisfy with Chief monk.
When the Chief monk had me to go to his Temple already and he went away and left me alone to take care until Chief monk come back to the Temple first and he also told me not to leave the Temple if any committees or the chairman want to chase me out, you don’t leave the Temple at all understand? Then I said, alright? To the chief monk! On the second Day, YIP KUM FOOK came to our Temple and talk to me. He tired to make some inquiry from me and he asked me, where I come from? I told him that I came from Penang.
Then, I told to the lawyer (YIP KUM FOOK) that the chief monk came to Penang and fetch me and invited me to accompany him to go to his temple in K.L. I am not aware that YIP KUM FOOK is not in a good terms with the chief monk, chief monk already in this way, YIP KUM FOOK try to create trouble with me unnecessary. That is why, the lawyer want to chase me out of the Temple. Then I asked the lawyer, why you want to chase me out of the temple? Moreover, the Temple is not belonging to you, UNDERSATAND? Then, I asked him, who are you? I don’t know you at all, you have no right to chase me or control me at all, UNDERSTAND? You are just like a layman only. Do you know the regulations that any the chairman or committee cannot control the monks and the Nuns at all, also UNDERSTAND?
I scolded him like that. Then the lawyer (YIP KUM FOOK) is not satisfy with me and he told me that he will called the police to come to the Temple and arrest me. I told him to go ahead and called the police to come and arrest me. I won’t run away, I said to him like that. I have done nothing wrong toward you, why you want to arrest me? He said, he doesn’t like me to stay here. I asked him, why? Again. After this he got very angry with me, then he phoned up to the police and the police came to the Temple and told me to leave the Temple.
I told to the inspector of the again, 1 am sorry, I won’t leave the Temple because the chief monk had instructed me not to leave the Temple without his consent, UNDERSTAND? Then the inspector told me to leave, again. I told him I cannot leave the Temple because the Chief Monk hasn’t come back yet. This time, the inspector got very angry with me and he took out his handcuff and try to threaten me, then I immediately show off my hands for him to lock me up but he scare, then again, the inspector told me leave the Temple again but I still don’t want to leave the Temple.
Then I phoned up to the chief monk again and I told him that the inspector insisted want to arrest me, you better come back to settle the case for me. After this incident, Chief Monk came back to the Temple and take me to go to another temple and stay their. That’s all about this incidents! Last of all, I would like to inform all of you, that no committees or the chairman can control all the monks and Nuns at all also UNDERSTAND? “They are higher than the King,” also! So how can the laymen, the committees and the chairman to control them: – EVEN THE KING ALSO RESPECTED THE MONKS AND NUNS. Why the chairman doesn’t respect the monks and nuns? They will carry the sins later on, UNDERSTAND?

ReplyDeleteWe are Myanmar group in Malaysia; we lived in Malaysia over decade and always went to one of temple in Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur and we were very sad and regretting with the committees of temple because they are using our monks in wrong conception of Buddhist teaching or Buddhist rules. We came to temple to help our monks and respected of our religion.
That temple is president of name: Yip Kum Fook, that our monks said and he is invited our monks from Myanmar to in charge of that temple but without pay anything to our monks, added he and his not respecting of our monks and sometime he ordered of his people to collected item such as paper, mineral water etc. without inform any words to our monks. In our religious believed we can’t take anything of holy place, if we done we are sin.
In pervious, our monk said the committees always asked money from him, when our monks gave RM20,000.00 in cash on 2001 to the committees, then committees keep silent, later committees make problem with our monk again and cancelled of our monk Visa permit to stayed in Malaysia, then our monks ( Sadayaw Nandiya) go to Australia and our monk not come that temple at long time. “Yip Kum Fook gave our monk notebook computer for to cover of that amount of money our monk said”
Many local people around temple said, now no more people come to this temple because committees is always make problem and we are heard from local people said: Yip Kum Fook ordered of his people to put fire of Hindu temple at Taman Daya, Kepong because he needed that place to make his business about many years ago. “Everybody known what he done for Hindu temple at Taman Daya, Kepong”
Last time also he invited police to arrest the monks at holy place(temple) and locked the temple without afraid and shameful of people because he believed committee is big and has more authority, also his son always says to people: this temple is belonging of his father. “This temple donated from public, we are work hard for this temple”
This temple the committees always changed the monks, now they change the new monk to in charge of temple, this new monk also complaint the bad things of committees because committees also wait for donation box only, they without help anything to our monks. And committees controlled of our monks not to talk more or complaint more, our monks lived there as slaver and afraid of committee’s members.
In new building where remaining of Buddha statue marble; we have renovation of Buddha statue because that Buddha statue is put very low, we lift to highest the committees don’t like and unhappy. In our country, anyone be able to come temple to worship the Buddha but in Malaysia is different temple controlling by committees.
We hope everyone preserve of Buddhist teachings, and please safety of our monks, not see only money as this of temple. When we asked some of our people (Myanmar) and local people, the committees are very low of idea because is very narrow mind and without education of religions. And committees will not be disturbing of our monks, monks are like our father to take care of Buddhism and temple is like our place of resolving of our problem.
Recently, our monk (Sadayaw Ashin Indaka original from Madalay, Myanmar) has been staying in this temple also unhappy because the committees are not pay anything to him, he is working in hardly to advise people and we also unhappy and very sad when heard the bad news from our monks. Sometime the committees people came and shouting in the temple without have any reason and done what they need to do, our monk said, the committees of this temple don’t have Buddhist teachings in their mind, may be next time Buddhist can destroy.

ReplyDeleteKami adalah kumpulan Myanmar di Malaysia; kami tinggal di Malaysia lebih dari satu dekad dan selalu pergi ke salah satu kuil di Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur dan kami sangat sedih dan menyesal dengan jawatankuasa kuil kerana mereka menggunakan bhikkhu kami dalam konsep yang salah mengenai ajaran Buddha atau peraturan Buddha. Kami datang ke kuil untuk membantu para bhikkhu dan menghormati agama kami.
Kuil itu adalah presiden nama: Yip Kum Fook, yang dikatakan oleh para bhikkhu kami dan dia dijemput para bhikkhu kami dari Myanmar untuk mengurus kuil itu tetapi tanpa membayar apa-apa kepada para bhikkhu kami, menambahkan dia dan dia tidak menghormati biksu kami dan kadang-kadang dia memerintahkan dari rakyatnya untuk mengumpulkan barang-barang seperti kertas, air mineral dan lain-lain tanpa memberitahu apa-apa kata kepada sami kami. Menurut agama kita, kita tidak boleh mengambil tempat suci, jika kita melakukannya, kita adalah dosa.
Sebagai rahsia, rahib kami mengatakan bahawa jawatankuasa selalu meminta wang darinya, apabila para sami kami memberikan wang tunai RM20,000.00 pada tahun 2001 kepada jawatankuasa tersebut, kemudian jawatankuasa berdiam diri, kemudian jawatankuasa membuat masalah dengan rahib kami lagi dan membatalkan izin Visa rahib kami untuk tinggal di Malaysia, maka bhikkhu kami (Sadayaw Nandiya) pergi ke Australia dan biksu kami tidak lama datang ke kuil itu. "Yip Kum Fook memberikan komputer notebook rahib kami untuk menampung jumlah wang yang dikatakan oleh biksu kami"
Banyak penduduk tempatan di sekitar kuil mengatakan, sekarang tidak ada lagi orang yang datang ke kuil ini kerana jawatankuasa selalu membuat masalah dan kami mendengar dari orang tempatan berkata: Yip Kum Fook memerintahkan orang-orangnya untuk membakar kuil Hindu di Taman Daya, Kepong kerana dia memerlukan tempat itu untuk membuat perniagaannya kira-kira bertahun-tahun yang lalu. "Semua orang tahu apa yang dia lakukan untuk kuil Hindu di Taman Daya, Kepong"
ReplyDeleteTerakhir kali juga dia mengundang polis untuk menangkap para bhikkhu di tempat suci (kuil) dan mengunci kuil tanpa takut dan memalukan orang kerana dia percaya jawatankuasa itu besar dan mempunyai lebih banyak wewenang, juga anaknya selalu berkata kepada orang: kuil ini adalah milik bapanya. Kuil ini para komite selalu menukar para bhikkhu, sekarang mereka menukar bhikkhu yang baru menjadi kuil, bhikkhu baru ini juga mengadu perkara buruk dari komiti kerana jawatankuasa juga hanya menunggu kotak derma, mereka tanpa menolong apa pun kepada para bhikkhu kita. Dan jawatankuasa yang dikendalikan oleh bhikkhu kita untuk tidak bercakap lebih banyak atau mengadu lebih banyak lagi, para bhikkhu kita tinggal di sana sebagai pemalas dan takut kepada ahli jawatankuasa.
Di bangunan baru di mana sisa marmer patung Buddha; kita mempunyai pengubahsuaian patung Buddha kerana patung Buddha itu diletakkan sangat rendah, kita mengangkat ke jawatan tertinggi yang tidak disukai dan tidak disukai oleh jawatankuasa. Di negara kita, sesiapa sahaja boleh datang ke kuil untuk menyembah Buddha tetapi di Malaysia berbeza kuil yang dikendalikan oleh jawatankuasa.

Baru-baru ini, rahib kami (Sadayaw Ashin Indaka yang berasal dari Madalay, Myanmar) telah tinggal di kuil ini juga tidak senang kerana jawatankuasa tidak membayar apa-apa kepadanya, dia berusaha keras untuk memberi nasihat kepada orang-orang dan kami juga tidak gembira dan sangat sedih ketika mendengar berita buruk dari sami kita. Kadang-kadang jawatankuasa orang-orang datang dan berteriak di kuil tanpa alasan dan melakukan apa yang perlu mereka lakukan, kata rahib kami, jawatankuasa kuil ini tidak mempunyai ajaran Buddha dalam fikiran mereka, mungkin lain kali umat Buddha dapat menghancurkan.

Hakim Azura Alwi menjatuhkan hukuman itu ke atas Toh Hwee Sheng, 46, dan memerintahkannya dipenjara enam bulan jika gagal membayar denda.
Toh didakwa dengan curangnya menggunakan suatu dokumen sebagai tulen iaitu satu buku 'Structure Design Calculation' bertarikh 2 Ogos 2014 berhubung kiraan struktur dan pelan struktur bagi cadangan membina banglo dua setengah tingkat di atas Lot PT 1, No 1, Jalan 5, Selayang Baru, Mukim Batu, Gombak, Majlis Perbandaran Selayang daripada Lieng Consult kepada Datuk Yip Kum Fook iaitu pemilik tanah yang mana mempunyai sebab untuk mempercayai dokumen itu adalah palsu antara 2 Ogos sehingga 12 Ogos 2014 di No 2A & B, Jalan 53, Desa Jaya Kepong, di sini.
Dia dituduh mengikut Seksyen 471 Kanun Keseksaan yang memperuntukkan hukuman penjara maksimum dua tahun dan denda atau kedua-duanya sekali jika sabit kesalahan.
Pegawai Pendakwa Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) Mohd Aliff Shaharuzaman memohon hukuman setimpal supaya memberi pengajaran kepada tertuduh kerana amalan pemalsuan dan meniru tandatangan pemilik syarikat.
"Kesalahan ini adalah serius dan menjadi barah dalam masyarakat jika tidak ditangani," katanya.
Tertuduh yang tidak diwakili peguam merayu supaya hanya hukuman denda dikenakan dan tidak dipenjara kerana mempunyai banyak tanggungan selain isteri seorang surirumah.
"Saya tiada niat memperdayakan pihak Majlis Perbandaran Selayang dan hanya mencari pendapatan buat keluarga.
"Ini kesalahan pertama saya dan saya menyesal serta insaf atas kesalahan dilakukan," katanya.
Mengikut fakta kes, pada 2013, Datuk Yip Kum Fook iaitu bekas Ahli Majlis Perbandaran Selayang mengarahkan syarikat tertuduh bekerja, Lieng Consult menyediakan Borang A, Kiraan Struktur dan Pelan Struktur bagi cadangan membina banglo dua setengah tingkat di atas Lot PT 1, No 1, Jalan 5, Selayang Baru, Mukim Batu, Gombak.
Bagaimanapun, penyediaan dokumen itu adalah tanpa pengetahuan Lieng Wei Ming selaku pemilik syarikat.
Lieng memaklumkan semua dokumen itu tidak dikeluarkan syarikatnya dan mengesahkan tandatangan pada dokumen itu juga bukan miliknya.
Selain itu, tertuduh juga menerima wang RM10,000 daripada Yip Kum Fook atas pembayaran kerja dilakukan iaitu menyediakan semua dokumen itu.
Hasil semakan Bahagian Forensik SPRM mengesahkan tandatangan dokumen 'Structure Design Calculation' adalah berbeza dengan spesimen tandatangan diambil daripada Lieng.

On the other hand, the current president of the temple is YIP KUM FOOK and son YIP JIUN HANN. His son always said to the devotees: THIS TEMPLE IS MY FATHER'S TEMPLE. Or is it my father's property…we are silent because We know this temple very well where it came from...
Now the members of the temple committees are their only group. Others cannot join as members and use Myanmar monks only for service and blessing. Only Myanmar monks are very smart (All monks from Myanmar have the rank of DR or PH. D), but the disciples(devotees) here are very confused because the disciples here have never heard of that name(titles).
If we understand the teachings of Buddhism that creates BAD KARMA. will receive what has been done

SHAH ALAM: Five men, including four brothers charged with polluting Sungai Gong in Rawang have been released on bail by the Shah Alam High Court.
ReplyDeleteYip Kok Wai, 53; Yip Kok Mun, 58; Yip Kok Kuin, 50, Yip Kok Wong, 60 and Yip Kum Fook, 66 – directors of a machinery repair company – and workshop manager Ho Voon Leong, 59, were released yesterday on a RM400,000 bail each, with one surety, by Judicial Commissioner Norsharidah Awang.
The five had been charged with dumping hazardous materials into Sungai Gong, which had resulted in sudden water cuts in Selangor for several days as the water was too contaminated for treatment plants to process.
The five appeared before Norsharidah after she allowed their review application against an earlier decision by the Sessions Court to deny them bail.
Norsharidah also ordered the men to surrender their passports to the court.
Although they were allowed bail, Norsharidah held in her judgment that she had taken into account the gravity of the alleged offence, as well as the danger if the crime was repeated.
She also said she had taken into account the health conditions of the accused persons.
“This is a serious case which caught the public eye, so the court allows all the accused to be released on bail of RM400,000 each with one surety, besides the additional condition for them to surrender their passports to the court, and if any offence is committed during this duration, the court will rescind the bail,’’ said Norsharidah.
On Sept 17, all five men had filed the review application against the Selayang Sessions Court’s decision to deny them bail.
They were earlier slapped with two charges at the Selayang Sessions Court on Sept 15.
The men were first charged under Section 430 of the Penal Code with causing mischief by injury to irrigation works near the Yip Chee Seng & Sons Sdn Bhd workshop at Lot 4219, Jalan Batu Arang, Kg Sungai Dua, Rawang between Sept 2 and 3 that led to serious water pollution in Sungai Gong.
They were also charged under Section 25 (1) of the Environmental Quality Act 1974 with discharging scheduled waste without a licence into the environment, leading to pollution.
The accused claimed trial to both charges.
They face a jail sentence of not less than five years and not more than 30 years, or a fine, or both, under Section 430 of the Penal Code and face a fine not exceeding RM100,000, or a jail sentence not exceeding five years, or both, under Section 25 (1) of the Environ-mental Quality Act 1974.
In submission, counsel for the accused Datuk Akberdin Abdul Kader said bail should be allowed as there was no evidence that indicated the accused would abscond or interfere with witnesses.
DPP Mohd Asnawi Abu Hanipah argued that even though the court had the discretion to allow bail, it should consider the gravity of the case which resulted in 1.2 million consumers being affected during the water disruption.

On the other hand, his son (Yip Jiun Hann) would often say to the monks and devotees, this temple is my father's temple. And this temple belongs to my father. Maybe his father to teach him that to his son

ReplyDeleteI am Myanmar who working in Malaysia more than 10 years and I would like to explain about SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST ASSOCIATION. Therefore, recently I stayed at SASANARAKKHA BUDDHIST SANCTUARY (SBS), Taiping, Perak. I am very close with Ven. U Nandiya Maha Thero.
My monk Ven. U Nandiya is very good heart and compassion to everyone in the world, also I heard when he stayed at Kuala Lumpur Buddhist Temple, he lends donation money to President of Temple (DATUK YIP KUM FOOK, MCA Gombak) with amount RM20,000.00 only and he said that money belong to Myanmar society in Malaysia.
On the other hand, my monk said, also many things happened when he stayed there because committees always disturbing, I am very sadly about that matter, why committees are very poor and crooks. Others Temple, people come to Temple to respected Buddha and Monks, also give red packet to monks. Why this Temple, monks must give money to committees, this is opposite.
If anyone receive or read this message, please inform to DATUK YIP KUM FOOK (president of Temple) to return that amount to my monk as soon as possible.

ReplyDeleteKUALA LUMPUR: Jumlah bayaran balik wang tak dituntut (WTD) dalam simpanan Pendaftar Wang Tak Dituntut kepada pemilik dijangka meningkat sehingga RM95 juta pada tahun ini, kata Timbalan Menteri Kewangan Datuk Ahmad Husni Mohamad Hanadzlah.
Pada tahun lepas, katanya RM58 juta WTD telah dibayar balik kepada empunya berbanding RM15 juta pada tahun 2002.
"Melalui usaha berterusan yang dilakukan kerajaan, ramai pihak yang menuntut berjaya memperolehi wang mereka kembali," katanya di sesi soal jawab di Dewan Negara di sini hari ini.
Sehingga Oktober 2008, seramai 51,000 orang telah memperolehi wang tersebut, meningkat daripada 46,000 orang pada tahun 2007 dan 42,000 orang pada 2006.
Beliau berkata demikian ketika menjawab soalan SENATOR DATUK YIP KUM FOOK yang ingin mengetahui jumlah WTD yang terkumpul oleh pendaftar dan apakah usaha yang diambil oleh kerajaan untuk mengesan pemilik WTD ini.
Ahmad Husni berkata jumlah WTD yang diterima setiap tahun oleh pendaftar menunjukkan peningkatan yang ketara apabila tempoh WTD selama setahun sebelum sesuatu wang yang tak dituntut perlu diserahkan oleh syarikat atau firma kepada pendaftar dimansuhkan melalui pindaan Akta Wang Tak Dituntut berkuatkuasa 1 Jan, 2003.
Pada tahun 2006 dan 2007, katanya jumlah WTD yang diterima oleh pendaftar terus meningkat dengan kadar yang tinggi apabila banyak sekuriti tak dituntut diserahkan ke dalam Akaun Depositori Pusat Menteri Kewangan telah dijual dan hasil jualan dibayar kepada pendaftar sebagai WTD.
Jumlah WTD dalam simpanan pendaftar sehingga 31 Dis 2007 adalah sebanyak RM2.85 bilion.
Ahmad Husni menjelaskan bahawa pendaftar, selaku pemegang amanah sentiasa berusaha membantu orang awam yang menghadapi masalah dalam semakan WTD di syarikat dan firma berkenaan.
"Orang ramai boleh mengemukakan pertanyaan melalui kaunter pejabat pendaftar atau panggilan telefon atau secara bertulis serta melalui internet," katanya.
Kerajaan pada tahun 2006 telah membangunkan Sistem Kewangan dan Pengurusan Perakaunan Kerajaan di bawah kawalan Jabatan Akauntan Negara untuk menyimpan rekod WTD yang diserahkan oleh syarikat dan firma sejak tahun daftar 2005. BERNAMA
