On the other hand, my monk said, also many things happened when he stayed there because committees always disturbing, I am very sadly about that matter, why committees are very poor and crooks. Others Temple, people come to Temple to respected Buddha and Monks, also give red packet to monks. Why this Temple, monks must give money to committees, this is opposite.

When the Chief Sami had me go to the Temple he was already and he went and left Me alone to take care until the Chief Sami returned to the Temple and he also told me not to leave the Temple if any committee or chairman wanted to drive me out, you did not leave the Temple at all understand? Then I said, why? To the chief Sami! On the second day, YIP KUM FOOK (MCA Men) came to our Temple and spoke to me. He was tired of making some inquiries out of me and he asked me, where did I come from? I told him that I came from Penang. Dia dituduh mengikut Seksyen 471 Kanun Keseksaan yang memperuntukkan hukuman penjara maksimum dua tahun dan denda atau kedua-duanya sekali jika sabit kesalahan. Pegawai Pendakwa Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) Mohd Aliff Shaharuzaman memohon hukuman setimpal supaya memberi pengajaran kepada tertuduh kerana amalan pemalsuan dan meniru tandatangan pemilik syarikat. Orang lain tidak boleh menyertai sebagai ahli dan menggunakan sami Myanmar hanya untuk perkhidmatan dan berkat. Hanya sami Myanmar sahaja yang sangat fikiran cerdik (Semua sami dari Myanmar berpangkat DR atau PH. D), tetapi penganut di sini sangat keliru kerana penganut Buddha di sini tidak pernah mendengar nama itu (gelaran). We came to temple to help our monks and respected of our religion. That temple is president of name: YIP KUM FOOK(lawyer), that our monks said and he is invited our monks from Myanmar to in charge of that temple but without pay anything to our monks, added he and his not respecting of our monks and sometime he ordered of his people to collected item such as paper, mineral water etc. without inform any words to our monks. In our religious believed we can’t take anything of holy place, if we done we are sin. In pervious, our monk said the committees always asked money from him, when our monks gave RM20,000.00 in cash on 2001 to the committees, then committees keep silent, later committees make problem with our monk again and cancelled of our monk Visa permit to stayed in Malaysia, then our monk, Sadayaw Nandiya) go to Australia and our monk not come that temple at long time. “YIP KUM FOOK gave our monk notebook computer for to cover of that amount of money our monk said” Many local people around temple said, now no more people come to this temple because committees is always make problem and we are heard from local people said: YIP KUM FOOK ordered of his people to put fire of Hindu temple at Taman Daya, Kepong because he needed that place to make his business about many years ago. “Everybody known what he done for Hindu temple at Taman Daya, Kepong”
Last time also he invited police to arrest the monks at holy place(temple) and locked the temple without afraid and shameful of people because he believed committee is big and has more authority, also his son always says to people: this temple is belonging of his father. “This temple donated from public, we are work hard for this temple”
This temple the committees always changed the monks, now they change the new monk to in charge of temple, this new monk also complaint the bad things of committees because committees also wait for donation box only, they without help anything to our monks. And committees controlled of our monks not to talk more or complaint more, our monks lived there as slaver and afraid of committees’ members.
In new building where remaining of Buddha statue marble; we have renovation of Buddha statue because that Buddha statue is put very low, we lift to highest the committees don’t like and unhappy. In our country, anyone be able to come temple to worship the Buddha but in Malaysia is different temple controlling by committees. We hope everyone preserve of Buddhist teachings, and please safety of our monks, not see only money as this of temple. When we asked some of our people (Myanmar) and local people, the committees are very low of idea because is very narrow mind and without education of religions. And committees will not be disturbing of our monks, monks are like our father to take care of Buddhism and temple is like our place of resolving of our problem.
Recently, our monk (Sadayaw Ashin Indaka original from Madalay, Myanmar) has been staying in this temple also unhappy because the committees are not pay anything to him, he is working in hardly to advise people and we also unhappy and very sad when heard the bad news from our monks. Sometime the committees people came and shouting in the temple without have any reason and done what they need to do, our monk said, the committees of this temple don’t have Buddhist teachings in their mind, may be next time Buddhist can destroy. The chairman took the mineral water without informing any word to our monks. In our religion we believe we cannot take any Holy Place (Temple) all are the sins, if we took... this chairman of Temple is very badly like animals, he without knowledge in Buddhism at all…. In the previous, our monks said the Committee Member always asked for money from him, when our monk gave RM20, 000.00 in cash in 2001 to the Chairman (Yip kum Fook), then the Committee was silent, the Committee then made trouble with one of our Sami named Ven. U Nandiya again and revoked our monk (Visa permit) permit to stay in Malaysia, then our monk (Sadayaw U Nandiya) went to Australia and our monk did not come to the Temple in the long run. SHAH ALAM: Five men, including four brothers charged with polluting Sungai Gong in Rawang have been released on bail by the Shah Alam High Court.
Yip Kok Wai, 53; Yip Kok Mun, 58; Yip Kok Kuin, 50, Yip Kok Wong, 60 and Yip Kum Fook, 66 – directors of a machinery repair company – and workshop manager Ho Voon Leong, 59, were released yesterday on a RM400,000 bail each, with one surety, by Judicial Commissioner Norsharidah Awang.
The five had been charged with dumping hazardous materials into Sungai Gong, which had resulted in sudden water cuts in Selangor for several days as the water was too contaminated for treatment plants to process.
The five appeared before Norsharidah after she allowed their review application against an earlier decision by the Sessions Court to deny them bail.
Norsharidah also ordered the men to surrender their passports to the court.
Although they were allowed bail, Norsharidah held in her judgment that she had taken into account the gravity of the alleged offence, as well as the danger if the crime was repeated.
She also said she had taken into account the health conditions of the accused persons.
“This is a serious case which caught the public eye, so the court allows all the accused to be released on bail of RM400,000 each with one surety, besides the additional condition for them to surrender their passports to the court, and if any offence is committed during this duration, the court will rescind the bail,’’ said Norsharidah.
On Sept 17, all five men had filed the review application against the Selayang Sessions Court’s decision to deny them bail.
They were earlier slapped with two charges at the Selayang Sessions Court on Sept 15.
The men were first charged under Section 430 of the Penal Code with causing mischief by injury to irrigation works near the Yip Chee Seng & Sons Sdn Bhd workshop at Lot 4219, Jalan Batu Arang, Kg Sungai Dua, Rawang between Sept 2 and 3 that led to serious water pollution in Sungai Gong.
They were also charged under Section 25 (1) of the Environmental Quality Act 1974 with discharging scheduled waste without a licence into the environment, leading to pollution.
The accused claimed trial to both charges.
They face a jail sentence of not less than five years and not more than 30 years, or a fine, or both, under Section 430 of the Penal Code and face a fine not exceeding RM100,000, or a jail sentence not exceeding five years, or both, under Section 25 (1) of the Environ-mental Quality Act 1974.
In submission, counsel for the accused Datuk Akberdin Abdul Kader said bail should be allowed as there was no evidence that indicated the accused would abscond or interfere with witnesses.
DPP Mohd Asnawi Abu Hanipah argued that even though the court had the discretion to allow bail, it should consider the gravity of the case which resulted in 1.2 million consumers being affected during the water disruption.

KUALA LUMPUR: Seorang jurutera sebuah syarikat perunding pembinaan didenda RM40,000 oleh Mahkamah Sesyen di sini hari ini selepas mengaku bersalah atas pertuduhan memalsukan tandatangan pada sebuah dokumen berhubung cadangan pembinaan sebuah banglo.
Hakim Azura Alwi menjatuhkan hukuman itu ke atas Toh Hwee Sheng, 46, dan memerintahkannya dipenjara enam bulan jika gagal membayar denda itu.
Toh didakwa dengan curangnya menggunakan suatu dokumen sebagai tulen iaitu sebuah buku ‘Structure Design Calculation’ bertarikh 2 Ogos 2014 berhubung kiraan dan pelan struktur bagi cadangan membina sebuah banglo dua setengah tingkat di atas Lot PT 1, No 1, Jalan 5, Selayang Baru, Mukim Batu, Gombak, Selangor daripada Lieng Consult kepada Datuk Yip Kum Fook iaitu pemilik tanah yang mempunyai sebab untuk mempercayai dokumen itu adalah palsu.
Tertuduh didakwa melakukan kesalahan itu antara 2 hingga 12 Ogos 2014, di No 2A & B, Jalan 53, Desa Jaya Kepong di sini, mengikut Seksyen 471 Kanun Keseksaan yang boleh dihukum di bawah Seksyen 465 kanun sama yang memperuntukkan hukuman penjara maksimum dua tahun atau denda atau kedua-duanya.
Pegawai Pendakwa Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) Mohd Aliff Shaharuzaman memohon hukuman setimpal bagi memberi pengajaran kepada tertuduh kerana amalan pemalsuan dan meniru tandatangan pemilik syarikat adalah kesalahan serius dan menjadi barah dalam masyarakat jika tidak ditangani.
Tertuduh yang tidak diwakili peguam merayu hukuman denda dikenakan ke atasnya dengan jumlah yang minimum kerana dia mempunyai tanggungan termasuk ibu yang berumur 76 tahun.
“Ini adalah kesalahan pertama dan saya tiada rekod jenayah. Saya amat kesal dan insaf atas kesalahan ini dan berjanji tidak akan mengulanginya lagi, jadi saya mohon hukuman denda minimum tanpa hukuman penjara,” katanya.
Mengikut fakta kes, pada 2013, Yip Kum Fook iaitu bekas Ahli Majlis Perbandaran Selayang mengarahkan syarikat tertuduh bekerja iaitu Lieng Consult menyediakan Borang A, Kiraan Struktur dan Pelan Struktur bagi cadangan membina sebuah banglo dua setengah tingkat di atas lot tersebut, namun penyediaan dokumen itu tanpa pengetahuan Lieng Wei Ming selaku pemilik syarikat.
Lieng memaklumkan semua dokumen itu tidak dikeluarkan oleh syarikatnya dan mengesahkan tandatangan pada dokumen itu juga bukan miliknya.
Selain itu, tertuduh juga menerima wang RM10,000 daripada Yip atas pembayaran kerja yang dilakukan iaitu menyediakan semua dokumen itu dan hasil semakan Bahagian Forensik SPRM mengesahkan tandatangan pada dokumen ‘Structure Design Calculation’ adalah berbeza dengan spesimen tandatangan diambil daripada Lieng. -Bernama

U Nandiya is very good heart and compassion to everyone in the world, also I heard when he stayed at Kuala Lumpur Buddhist Temple, he lends donation money to President of Temple (DATUK YIP KUM FOOK, MCA Gombak) with amount RM20,000.00 only and he said that money belong to Myanmar society in Malaysia.
On the other hand, my monk said, also many things happened when he stayed there because committees always disturbing, I am very sadly about that matter, why committees are very poor and crooks. Others Temple, people come to Temple to respected Buddha and Monks, also give red packet to monks. Why this Temple, monks must give money to committees, this is opposite.

This SAMNAK SAMBODHI was started in 1989, at Taman Ehsan by Sangha from Kelantan, there was a rental house for our Temple and our Master’s payment for the Temple, how difficult it was at that time but our Master was very patient in what matter for the Temple.
We moved to No: 25 Jalan 5 Taman Desa Jaya, near Taman Daya in 1992 but the Temple here is no longer, then in 1993 again moved to the place now, we are knowing well about the SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST TEMPLE
Last time, SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST TEMPLE was very famous for various activities such as Dhamma Sunday School, free form five tuition on BM, Wesak Day celebration, Kathina celebration, Loy Krathong festival, blood donation, Chinese New Year Oil Lamp and others.

BAYARAN BALIK WANG TAK DITUNTUT DIJANGKA MENINGKAT RM95 JUTA TAHUN INI..KHAMIS, 04 DISEMBER 2008 12:00 AM
KUALA LUMPUR: Jumlah bayaran balik wang tak dituntut (WTD) dalam simpanan Pendaftar Wang Tak Dituntut kepada pemilik dijangka meningkat sehingga RM95 juta pada tahun ini, kata Timbalan Menteri Kewangan Datuk Ahmad Husni Mohamad Hanadzlah.
Pada tahun lepas, katanya RM58 juta WTD telah dibayar balik kepada empunya berbanding RM15 juta pada tahun 2002.
"Melalui usaha berterusan yang dilakukan kerajaan, ramai pihak yang menuntut berjaya memperolehi wang mereka kembali," katanya di sesi soal jawab di Dewan Negara di sini hari ini.
Sehingga Oktober 2008, seramai 51,000 orang telah memperolehi wang tersebut, meningkat daripada 46,000 orang pada tahun 2007 dan 42,000 orang pada 2006.
Beliau berkata demikian ketika menjawab soalan SENATOR DATUK YIP KUM FOOK yang ingin mengetahui jumlah WTD yang terkumpul oleh pendaftar dan apakah usaha yang diambil oleh kerajaan untuk mengesan pemilik WTD ini.
Ahmad Husni berkata jumlah WTD yang diterima setiap tahun oleh pendaftar menunjukkan peningkatan yang ketara apabila tempoh WTD selama setahun sebelum sesuatu wang yang tak dituntut perlu diserahkan oleh syarikat atau firma kepada pendaftar dimansuhkan melalui pindaan Akta Wang Tak Dituntut berkuatkuasa 1 Jan, 2003.
Pada tahun 2006 dan 2007, katanya jumlah WTD yang diterima oleh pendaftar terus meningkat dengan kadar yang tinggi apabila banyak sekuriti tak dituntut diserahkan ke dalam Akaun Depositori Pusat Menteri Kewangan telah dijual dan hasil jualan dibayar kepada pendaftar sebagai WTD.
Jumlah WTD dalam simpanan pendaftar sehingga 31 Dis 2007 adalah sebanyak RM2.85 bilion.
Ahmad Husni menjelaskan bahawa pendaftar, selaku pemegang amanah sentiasa berusaha membantu orang awam yang menghadapi masalah dalam semakan WTD di syarikat dan firma berkenaan.
"Orang ramai boleh mengemukakan pertanyaan melalui kaunter pejabat pendaftar atau panggilan telefon atau secara bertulis serta melalui internet," katanya.
Kerajaan pada tahun 2006 telah membangunkan Sistem Kewangan dan Pengurusan Perakaunan Kerajaan di bawah kawalan Jabatan Akauntan Negara untuk menyimpan rekod WTD yang diserahkan oleh syarikat dan firma sejak tahun daftar 2005. BERNAMA

Basically, it seeks to approach the problems of society by reforming the individuals constituting that society and by suggesting some general principles through which the society can be guided towards greater humanism, improved welfare of its members, and more equitable sharing of resources.
On the other hand, may be Datuk Yip Kum Fook father of Buddha because he can played dirty politics inside Buddhist Temple (SANMAK SAMBODHI) at No: 19-21 Jalan 38 Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong 52100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. If Buddha alive, Buddha will shout of his father because of is very low knowledge. WHY people at that Buddhist Temples are very stupid to selected leader crooks human.
However, this does not mean that Buddhists cannot or should not get involved in the political process, which is a social reality. The lives of the members of a society are shaped by laws and regulations, economic arrangements allowed within a country, institutional arrangements, which are influenced by the political arrangements of that society. Nevertheless, if a Buddhist wishes to be involved in politics, he (Datuk Yip Kum Fook) should not misuse religion to gain political powers, nor is it advisable for those who have renounced the worldly life to lead a pure, religious life to be actively involved in politics.

Sami saya Ven. U Nandiya adalah hati dan belas kasihan yang sangat baik kepada semua orang di dunia, juga saya dengar ketika dia tinggal di Kuil Buddha Kuala Lumpur, dia meminjamkan wang sumbangan kepada Presiden Kuil (Datuk Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak) dengan jumlah RM20 , 000.00 sahaja dan dia mengatakan bahawa wang adalah milik masyarakat Myanmar di Malaysia.
Sebaliknya, kata bhikkhu saya, juga banyak perkara berlaku semasa dia tinggal di sana kerana jawatankuasa selalu mengganggu, saya sangat sedih dengan perkara itu, mengapa jawatankuasa sangat miskin dan penjahat. Yang lain Kuil, orang datang ke Kuil untuk dihormati Buddha dan Biksu, juga memberikan paket merah kepada para bhikkhu. Mengapa Kuil ini, para bhikkhu mesti memberikan wang kepada jawatankuasa, ini adalah sebaliknya.
Sekiranya ada yang menerima atau membaca mesej ini, sila maklumkan kepada DATUK YIP KUM FOOK untuk mengembalikan jumlah itu kepada rahib saya secepat mungkin.

最近, 在网络上看了PHRA PIYATHAMMO和尚和马华公会鸱唛区主席叶金福(Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak)律师的双方信件, 使我的内心久久不能平伏, 良心受到很大的譴責, 不吐訢不痛快, 所以我要誠恳的説：他叶金福(Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak)侓师叫外来的流流氓到三宝寺(暹廟)挑衅和尚打架及电招警方人员扣捕沙彌, 其嘲笑手法, 不外是要显示其权力, 而鞏固其职位, 以达到权力就是一切, 好让住持难堪, 自动離开, 方便行事……这种举动, 已间接的表逹其含意, 住持和尚兼顾问, 都无能为力,你们这些信徒能做什么？即使告马耒西亜佛教总会又能为难什么？这种心态, 的硧令人反感, 不是一个正信佛教者应有的行为。
至今, 三宝寺的理事成员多数是其親戚, 这是实事, 加入会员需交RM100元费用，同时，必须经过叶金福(Yip Kum Fook)律师的同意，否则免談, 所以会员也不多。
马华公会鹅唛区主席叶金福(Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak)律师，自控制三宝寺之後，把三宝寺(暹廟)当着私人產業，聘用和尚賺钱，利用佛教的道地为政治活动埸所，而处理三宝寺的钱财也不透明？这点，值得信众追问。马来西亚地擴人多，和尚也不缺乏，为什么不用本地和尚当任住持化缘，却偏偏劳心劳神，浪费签证费，交通费？ 还要烦劳梹城佛总的推荐信, 向文化不同, 而語言又不通之千哩外囯缅旬和尚求助？ 为什么….为什么？ 只要我们用头脑想一想，便一日了然, 不必晝虎添足。

ReplyDeleteI am Myanmar who working in Malaysia more than 10 years and I would like to explain about SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST ASSOCIATION. Therefore, recently I stayed at Sasanarakkha Buddhist Sanctuary (SBS), Taiping, Perak. I am very close with Ven. U Nandiya Maha Thero.
My monk Ven. U Nandiya is very good heart and compassion to everyone in the world, also I heard when he stayed at Kuala Lumpur Buddhist Temple, he lend donation money to President of Temple(Datuk Yip Kum Fook, MCA Gombak) with amount RM20,000.00 only and he said that money belong to Myanmar society in Malaysia.
On the other hand, my monk said, also many things happened when he stayed there because committees always disturbing, I am very sadly about that matter, why committees are very poor and crooks. Others Temple, people come to Temple to respected Buddha and Monks, also give red packet to monks. Why this Temple, monks must give money to committees, this is opposite.
If anyone receive or read this message, please inform to DATUK YIP KUM FOOK to return that amount to my monk as soon as possible.

ReplyDeleteBefore I start writing my letter to you all, I would like to inform you all that I am not satisfied with the lawyer Dato YIP KUM FOOK Chairman of MCA Gombak Division because of his bad encouraging impression as he sent inspectors to come to SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST ASSOCIATION NO: 19 -21 JALAN 38 TAMAN DESA JAYA KEPONG 52100 KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA to arrest me without any good reason, moreover, lawyer YIP KUM FOOK was not satisfied with the Chief Sami.
When the Chief Sami had me go to the Temple he was already and he went and left Me alone to take care until the Chief Sami returned to the Temple and he also told me not to leave the Temple if any committee or chairman wanted to drive me out, you did not leave the Temple at all understand? Then I said, why? To the chief Sami! On the second day, YIP KUM FOOK (MCA Men) came to our Temple and spoke to me. He was tired of making some inquiries out of me and he asked me, where did I come from? I told him that I came from Penang.
Later, I told lawyer YIP KUM FOOK (MCA Men) that the Chief Sami came to Penang and picked me up and invited me to accompany him to go to the temple in Kuala Lumpur. I am not aware that YIP KUM FOOK the Chairman of MCA Gombak Division is not on good terms with the Chief Sami, the Chief Sami is already in this way, YIP KUM FOOK is trying to create unnecessary problems with me.
That is why, lawyer YIP KUM FOOK wanted to drive me out of the Temple. Then I asked the lawyer, why do you want to drive me out of the Temple? Besides, the Temple doesn't belong to you, UNDERSTAND? Then, I asked him, who are you? I don’t know you all, you have no right to drive me away or control me at all, UNDERSTAND? You are just like an ordinary person. Do you know the rules that any chairman or committee cannot control the Monks and nuns (Nuns) at all, also UNDERSTAND?
I scolded him like that. Then the lawyer (YIP KUM FOOK, MCA Men) was not happy with me and he told me that he would call the police to come to the Temple and arrest me. I told him to go ahead and called the police to come and arrest me. I will not run away, I told him like that. I have done anything wrong towards you, why do you want to arrest me? He said he didn't like me living here. I asked him, why? One more time. After this he became very angry with me, so he called the police and the police came to the Temple and told me to leave the Temple.

Finally, I would like to inform you all, that no committee or chairman can control all the Monks and nuns at all also UNDERSTAND? "They are taller than the King," too! So how do ordinary people, committees and chairmen to control them: - EVEN THE KING WHO IS ALSO RESPECTED SAMI-SAMI AND NUNS (Nuns). Why does the chairman of the Temple not respect the Monks and Nuns? They will carry sins later, UNDERSTAND?

Denda RM40,000 palsukan tandatangan [METROTV]
ReplyDeleteKuala Lumpur: Seorang jurutera syarikat perunding pembinaan didenda RM40,000 oleh Mahkamah Sesyen di sini selepas mengaku bersalah terhadap pertuduhan memalsukan tandatangan.
Hakim Azura Alwi menjatuhkan hukuman itu ke atas Toh Hwee Sheng, 46, dan memerintahkannya dipenjara enam bulan jika gagal membayar denda.
Toh didakwa dengan curangnya menggunakan suatu dokumen sebagai tulen iaitu satu buku 'Structure Design Calculation' bertarikh 2 Ogos 2014 berhubung kiraan struktur dan pelan struktur bagi cadangan membina banglo dua setengah tingkat di atas Lot PT 1, No 1, Jalan 5, Selayang Baru, Mukim Batu, Gombak, Majlis Perbandaran Selayang daripada Lieng Consult kepada Datuk Yip Kum Fook iaitu pemilik tanah yang mana mempunyai sebab untuk mempercayai dokumen itu adalah palsu antara 2 Ogos sehingga 12 Ogos 2014 di No 2A & B, Jalan 53, Desa Jaya Kepong, di sini.
Dia dituduh mengikut Seksyen 471 Kanun Keseksaan yang memperuntukkan hukuman penjara maksimum dua tahun dan denda atau kedua-duanya sekali jika sabit kesalahan.
Pegawai Pendakwa Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) Mohd Aliff Shaharuzaman memohon hukuman setimpal supaya memberi pengajaran kepada tertuduh kerana amalan pemalsuan dan meniru tandatangan pemilik syarikat.
"Kesalahan ini adalah serius dan menjadi barah dalam masyarakat jika tidak ditangani," katanya.
Tertuduh yang tidak diwakili peguam merayu supaya hanya hukuman denda dikenakan dan tidak dipenjara kerana mempunyai banyak tanggungan selain isteri seorang surirumah.
"Saya tiada niat memperdayakan pihak Majlis Perbandaran Selayang dan hanya mencari pendapatan buat keluarga.
"Ini kesalahan pertama saya dan saya menyesal serta insaf atas kesalahan dilakukan," katanya.

Bagaimanapun, penyediaan dokumen itu adalah tanpa pengetahuan Lieng Wei Ming selaku pemilik syarikat.
Lieng memaklumkan semua dokumen itu tidak dikeluarkan syarikatnya dan mengesahkan tandatangan pada dokumen itu juga bukan miliknya.
Selain itu, tertuduh juga menerima wang RM10,000 daripada Yip Kum Fook atas pembayaran kerja dilakukan iaitu menyediakan semua dokumen itu.
Hasil semakan Bahagian Forensik SPRM mengesahkan tandatangan dokumen 'Structure Design Calculation' adalah berbeza dengan spesimen tandatangan diambil daripada Lieng.

Hakim Azura Alwi menjatuhkan hukuman itu ke atas Toh Hwee Sheng, 46, dan memerintahkannya dipenjara enam bulan jika gagal membayar denda.
Toh didakwa dengan curangnya menggunakan suatu dokumen sebagai tulen iaitu satu buku 'Structure Design Calculation' bertarikh 2 Ogos 2014 berhubung kiraan struktur dan pelan struktur bagi cadangan membina banglo dua setengah tingkat di atas Lot PT 1, No 1, Jalan 5, Selayang Baru, Mukim Batu, Gombak, Majlis Perbandaran Selayang daripada Lieng Consult kepada Datuk Yip Kum Fook(penipu) iaitu pemilik tanah yang mana mempunyai sebab untuk mempercayai dokumen itu adalah palsu antara 2 Ogos sehingga 12 Ogos 2014 di No 2A & B, Jalan 53, Desa Jaya Kepong, di sini.
Dia dituduh mengikut Seksyen 471 Kanun Keseksaan yang memperuntukkan hukuman penjara maksimum dua tahun dan denda atau kedua-duanya sekali jika sabit kesalahan.
Pegawai Pendakwa Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) Mohd Aliff Shaharuzaman memohon hukuman setimpal supaya memberi pengajaran kepada tertuduh kerana amalan pemalsuan dan meniru tandatangan pemilik syarikat.
"Kesalahan ini adalah serius dan menjadi barah dalam masyarakat jika tidak ditangani," katanya.
Tertuduh yang tidak diwakili peguam merayu supaya hanya hukuman denda dikenakan dan tidak dipenjara kerana mempunyai banyak tanggungan selain isteri seorang surirumah.
"Saya tiada niat memperdayakan pihak Majlis Perbandaran Selayang dan hanya mencari pendapatan buat keluarga.
"Ini kesalahan pertama saya dan saya menyesal serta insaf atas kesalahan dilakukan," katanya.

On the other hand, the current president of the temple is YIP KUM FOOK and son YIP JIUN HANN. His son always said to the devotees: THIS TEMPLE IS MY FATHER'S TEMPLE. Or is it my father's property…we are silent because We know this temple very well where it came from...
Now the members of the temple committees are their only group. Others cannot join as members and use Myanmar monks only for service and blessing. Only Myanmar monks are very smart (All monks from Myanmar have the rank of DR or PH. D), but the disciples(devotees) here are very confused because the disciples here have never heard of that name(titles).

ReplyDeleteBiar saya ceritakan sejarah tentang SAMNAK SAMBODHI, TAMAN DESA JAYA, KEPONG, KUALA LUMPUR. Kali terakhir kami menjadi ahli kuil tetapi kini kami berjauhan kerana kini Ahli Jawatankuasa amat berbangga dengan aktiviti dan tugas kuil.
Sebaliknya, presiden kuil sekarang ialah YIP KUM FOOK dan anaknya YIP JIUN HANN. Anaknya selalu berkata kepada para penganut: KUIL INI ADALAH KUIL BAPA SAYA. Atau ayah saya punnya harta …kami semua diam, kerana Kami tahu kuil ini dari mana asalnya...
Kini AHLI JAWATANKUASA kuil adalah satu-satunya kumpulan mereka sahaja. Orang lain tidak boleh menyertai sebagai ahli dan menggunakan sami Myanmar hanya untuk perkhidmatan dan berkat. Hanya sami Myanmar sahaja yang sangat fikiran cerdik (Semua sami dari Myanmar berpangkat DR atau PH. D), tetapi penganut di sini sangat keliru kerana penganut Buddha di sini tidak pernah mendengar nama itu (gelaran).
Jika kita faham ajaran Buddha yang mencipta KARMA BURUK. akan menerima apa yang telah dilakukan

We are Myanmar group in Malaysia; we lived in Malaysia over decade and always went to one of SAMNAK SAMBODHI Buddhist temple in Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur and we were very sad and regretting with the committees of temple because they are using our monks in wrong conception of Buddhist teaching or Buddhist rules. We came to temple to help our monks and respected of our religion.
That temple is president of name: YIP KUM FOOK(lawyer), that our monks said and he is invited our monks from Myanmar to in charge of that temple but without pay anything to our monks, added he and his not respecting of our monks and sometime he ordered of his people to collected item such as paper, mineral water etc. without inform any words to our monks. In our religious believed we can’t take anything of holy place, if we done we are sin.
In pervious, our monk said the committees always asked money from him, when our monks gave RM20,000.00 in cash on 2001 to the committees, then committees keep silent, later committees make problem with our monk again and cancelled of our monk Visa permit to stayed in Malaysia, then our monk, Sadayaw Nandiya) go to Australia and our monk not come that temple at long time. “YIP KUM FOOK gave our monk notebook computer for to cover of that amount of money our monk said”
Many local people around temple said, now no more people come to this temple because committees is always make problem and we are heard from local people said: YIP KUM FOOK ordered of his people to put fire of Hindu temple at Taman Daya, Kepong because he needed that place to make his business about many years ago. “Everybody known what he done for Hindu temple at Taman Daya, Kepong”
Last time also he invited police to arrest the monks at holy place(temple) and locked the temple without afraid and shameful of people because he believed committee is big and has more authority, also his son always says to people: this temple is belonging of his father. “This temple donated from public, we are work hard for this temple”
This temple the committees always changed the monks, now they change the new monk to in charge of temple, this new monk also complaint the bad things of committees because committees also wait for donation box only, they without help anything to our monks. And committees controlled of our monks not to talk more or complaint more, our monks lived there as slaver and afraid of committees’ members.
In new building where remaining of Buddha statue marble; we have renovation of Buddha statue because that Buddha statue is put very low, we lift to highest the committees don’t like and unhappy. In our country, anyone be able to come temple to worship the Buddha but in Malaysia is different temple controlling by committees.
We hope everyone preserve of Buddhist teachings, and please safety of our monks, not see only money as this of temple. When we asked some of our people (Myanmar) and local people, the committees are very low of idea because is very narrow mind and without education of religions. And committees will not be disturbing of our monks, monks are like our father to take care of Buddhism and temple is like our place of resolving of our problem.
Recently, our monk (Sadayaw Ashin Indaka original from Madalay, Myanmar) has been staying in this temple also unhappy because the committees are not pay anything to him, he is working in hardly to advise people and we also unhappy and very sad when heard the bad news from our monks. Sometime the committees people came and shouting in the temple without have any reason and done what they need to do, our monk said, the committees of this temple don’t have Buddhist teachings in their mind, may be next time Buddhist can destroy.

ReplyDeleteGelaran Datuk adalah anugerah Sultan atau Raja untuk bekerja untuk negara, bukan untuk mengeluarkan mana-mana sami dari Kuil, Setiap Kuil Buddha yang dibina oleh dana Awam, Datuk ini melebihi had dan membuat lawak dengan ajaran Buddha (Buddha, Dhamma, dan Sangha ), Datuk Yip ini akan menggoncang dosa besarnya, seterusnya dia dan dahan keluarganya akan rebah dengan tangan Buddha.
DATUK YIP KUM FOOK sangat berbangga dan bertindak sendirian, dan juga Datuk Yip ini adalah seorang pemandu lori dan beliau merupakan perniagaan perabot di Taman Daya, Kepong dan bermain politik sebagai MCA Taman Daya ketika itu.

ReplyDeleteWe are a Myanmar group in Malaysia; we have lived in Malaysia for a decade and always go to the temple (SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST ASSOCIATION) No: 19-21 Jalan 38 Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong, 52100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and we are very sad and sorry with the Temple Committee Members because they use monks as like animals, we are in the wrong notion of the Buddhist teachings or the rules of the Buddha. We came to this Temple to help the Monks and respected our religion.
That the Temple (SAMNAK SAMBODHI) is a Chairman named Datuk YIP KUM FOOK (Chairman of MCA Gombak Division), our monks said and they invited our monks from Myanmar to take care of the Temple but without making any payment to our monks, they added and disrespected them of us Monks and at times he ordered his people to collect items such as paper, and so on. The chairman took the mineral water without informing any word to our monks. In our religion we believe we cannot take any Holy Place (Temple) all are the sins, if we took... this chairman of Temple is very badly like animals, he without knowledge in Buddhism at all….
In the previous, our monks said the Committee Member always asked for money from him, when our monk gave RM20, 000.00 in cash in 2001 to the Chairman (Yip kum Fook), then the Committee was silent, the Committee then made trouble with one of our Sami named Ven. U Nandiya again and revoked our monk (Visa permit) permit to stay in Malaysia, then our monk (Sadayaw U Nandiya) went to Australia and our monk did not come to the Temple in the long run. Datuk Yip Kum Fook (Chairman of MCA Gombak division) gave a notebook computer to our monk for the protection of the amount of money, this is what our monk told;

SHAH ALAM: Five men, including four brothers charged with polluting Sungai Gong in Rawang have been released on bail by the Shah Alam High Court.
ReplyDeleteYip Kok Wai, 53; Yip Kok Mun, 58; Yip Kok Kuin, 50, Yip Kok Wong, 60 and Yip Kum Fook, 66 – directors of a machinery repair company – and workshop manager Ho Voon Leong, 59, were released yesterday on a RM400,000 bail each, with one surety, by Judicial Commissioner Norsharidah Awang.
The five had been charged with dumping hazardous materials into Sungai Gong, which had resulted in sudden water cuts in Selangor for several days as the water was too contaminated for treatment plants to process.
The five appeared before Norsharidah after she allowed their review application against an earlier decision by the Sessions Court to deny them bail.
Norsharidah also ordered the men to surrender their passports to the court.
Although they were allowed bail, Norsharidah held in her judgment that she had taken into account the gravity of the alleged offence, as well as the danger if the crime was repeated.
She also said she had taken into account the health conditions of the accused persons.
“This is a serious case which caught the public eye, so the court allows all the accused to be released on bail of RM400,000 each with one surety, besides the additional condition for them to surrender their passports to the court, and if any offence is committed during this duration, the court will rescind the bail,’’ said Norsharidah.
On Sept 17, all five men had filed the review application against the Selayang Sessions Court’s decision to deny them bail.
They were earlier slapped with two charges at the Selayang Sessions Court on Sept 15.
The men were first charged under Section 430 of the Penal Code with causing mischief by injury to irrigation works near the Yip Chee Seng & Sons Sdn Bhd workshop at Lot 4219, Jalan Batu Arang, Kg Sungai Dua, Rawang between Sept 2 and 3 that led to serious water pollution in Sungai Gong.
They were also charged under Section 25 (1) of the Environmental Quality Act 1974 with discharging scheduled waste without a licence into the environment, leading to pollution.
The accused claimed trial to both charges.
They face a jail sentence of not less than five years and not more than 30 years, or a fine, or both, under Section 430 of the Penal Code and face a fine not exceeding RM100,000, or a jail sentence not exceeding five years, or both, under Section 25 (1) of the Environ-mental Quality Act 1974.
In submission, counsel for the accused Datuk Akberdin Abdul Kader said bail should be allowed as there was no evidence that indicated the accused would abscond or interfere with witnesses.
DPP Mohd Asnawi Abu Hanipah argued that even though the court had the discretion to allow bail, it should consider the gravity of the case which resulted in 1.2 million consumers being affected during the water disruption.

He is planning to turn the SAMNAK SAMBODHI into a Mahayana temple. but was not successful as some committees died without any illnesses, Yip Kum Fook rebelled against Buddhists all the time.

Buddhists have to follow any precepts rules but YIP KUM FOOK there is nothing any precepts rules in Buddhism, it is very embarrassing.
Also, he called the police to harass the Buddhist monks at the temple. Adding he cheated Myanmar monk’s money, many people know about it.
On the other hand, this YIP KUM FOOK did not feel ashamed and embarrassed of the Buddha, he thought, he was a very successful person, also he is dirty in MCA politics

ReplyDeleteI am Myanmar who working in Malaysia more than 10 years and I would like to explain about SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST ASSOCIATION. Therefore, recently I stayed at SASANARAKKHA BUDDHIST SANCTUARY (SBS), Taiping, Perak. I am very close with Ven. U Nandiya Maha Thero.
My monk Ven. U Nandiya is very good heart and compassion to everyone in the world, also I heard when he stayed at Kuala Lumpur Buddhist Temple, he lends donation money to President of Temple (DATUK YIP KUM FOOK, MCA Gombak) with amount RM20,000.00 only and he said that money belong to Myanmar society in Malaysia.
On the other hand, my monk said, also many things happened when he stayed there because committees always disturbing, I am very sadly about that matter, why committees are very poor and crooks. Others Temple, people come to Temple to respected Buddha and Monks, also give red packet to monks. Why this Temple, monks must give money to committees, this is opposite.
If anyone receive or read this message, please inform to DATUK YIP KUM FOOK (president of Temple) to return that amount to my monk as soon as possible.

Tetapi dia masih tidak tahu apa-apa, mungkin dia dekat dengan perasaan enam deria, ini adalah pengetahuan yang sangat rendah. Beberapa kumpulan orang tua di Taman Desa Jaya, Kepong juga amat memalukan apabila mereka bercakap tentang KUIL BUDDHA SAMNAK SAMBODHI.
Sebaliknya, jika Yip Kum Fook ini telah belajar undang-undang, dia perlu memahami beberapa undang-undang, peguam lain tidak membuat masalah dan menipu orang, hanya Yip Kum Fook ini di dunia…..

At that time YIP KUM FOOK was the MCA in Taman Daya, Kepong, also this YIP KUM FOOK was playing politics at the Temple because he needed to gather more supporters for politics, sometimes he invited some politicians to join the ceremony at the Temple
This YIP KUM FOOK pushed the monk out of the Temple and also called the police to arrest the Buddhist monk, then he closed the temple door and cheated people money and cheated Myanmar monk’s money
He is called Datuk but we do not mention Datuk because we are ashamed of people, if we call him Datuk, this is a shame for our Sultan of Selangor because of the title from the sultan of Selangor

ReplyDeleteThis SAMNAK SAMBODHI was started in 1989, at Taman Ehsan by Sangha from Kelantan, there was a rental house for our Temple and our Master’s payment for the Temple, how difficult it was at that time but our Master was very patient in what matter for the Temple.
We moved to No: 25 Jalan 5 Taman Desa Jaya, near Taman Daya in 1992 but the Temple here is no longer, then in 1993 again moved to the place now, we are knowing well about the SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST TEMPLE
Last time, SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST TEMPLE was very famous for various activities such as Dhamma Sunday School, free form five tuition on BM, Wesak Day celebration, Kathina celebration, Loy Krathong festival, blood donation, Chinese New Year Oil Lamp and others.
This time is very different in the past and the committee hires foreign monks to take care of Temple only and sometimes the president of the Temple (YIP KUM FOOK) invites some Tibetan monks and Thai monks to wipe out their misfortune only, the Temple became a private place of the family
How to embarrass the devotees, the committee must rethink the matter because of the Temple donation fund by the devotees

Bahawa saya, peguam Yip Jiun Hann, Pemuda MCA Gombak seorang anak Yip Kum Fook ingin bertanya mengapa orang ramai begitu dengki bapa saya beristeri lebih dari tiga? Ini sebuah Negeri demokrasi, dia mahu sepuluh isteri pun hak dia sendiri, sekiranya dia bolih bertanggujawab.
Demi Islam pun bolih berkahwin lebih daripada empat perempuan. Saya harap orang ramai berfaham dan jangan bodoh.

BAYARAN BALIK WANG TAK DITUNTUT DIJANGKA MENINGKAT RM95 JUTA TAHUN INI..KHAMIS, 04 DISEMBER 2008 12:00 AM
ReplyDeleteKUALA LUMPUR: Jumlah bayaran balik wang tak dituntut (WTD) dalam simpanan Pendaftar Wang Tak Dituntut kepada pemilik dijangka meningkat sehingga RM95 juta pada tahun ini, kata Timbalan Menteri Kewangan Datuk Ahmad Husni Mohamad Hanadzlah.
Pada tahun lepas, katanya RM58 juta WTD telah dibayar balik kepada empunya berbanding RM15 juta pada tahun 2002.
"Melalui usaha berterusan yang dilakukan kerajaan, ramai pihak yang menuntut berjaya memperolehi wang mereka kembali," katanya di sesi soal jawab di Dewan Negara di sini hari ini.
Sehingga Oktober 2008, seramai 51,000 orang telah memperolehi wang tersebut, meningkat daripada 46,000 orang pada tahun 2007 dan 42,000 orang pada 2006.
Beliau berkata demikian ketika menjawab soalan SENATOR DATUK YIP KUM FOOK yang ingin mengetahui jumlah WTD yang terkumpul oleh pendaftar dan apakah usaha yang diambil oleh kerajaan untuk mengesan pemilik WTD ini.
Ahmad Husni berkata jumlah WTD yang diterima setiap tahun oleh pendaftar menunjukkan peningkatan yang ketara apabila tempoh WTD selama setahun sebelum sesuatu wang yang tak dituntut perlu diserahkan oleh syarikat atau firma kepada pendaftar dimansuhkan melalui pindaan Akta Wang Tak Dituntut berkuatkuasa 1 Jan, 2003.
Pada tahun 2006 dan 2007, katanya jumlah WTD yang diterima oleh pendaftar terus meningkat dengan kadar yang tinggi apabila banyak sekuriti tak dituntut diserahkan ke dalam Akaun Depositori Pusat Menteri Kewangan telah dijual dan hasil jualan dibayar kepada pendaftar sebagai WTD.
Jumlah WTD dalam simpanan pendaftar sehingga 31 Dis 2007 adalah sebanyak RM2.85 bilion.
Ahmad Husni menjelaskan bahawa pendaftar, selaku pemegang amanah sentiasa berusaha membantu orang awam yang menghadapi masalah dalam semakan WTD di syarikat dan firma berkenaan.
"Orang ramai boleh mengemukakan pertanyaan melalui kaunter pejabat pendaftar atau panggilan telefon atau secara bertulis serta melalui internet," katanya.
Kerajaan pada tahun 2006 telah membangunkan Sistem Kewangan dan Pengurusan Perakaunan Kerajaan di bawah kawalan Jabatan Akauntan Negara untuk menyimpan rekod WTD yang diserahkan oleh syarikat dan firma sejak tahun daftar 2005. BERNAMA

People donate some money to build a temple for the Buddhist monks to practice meditation, not for you to play politics in the temple
Now will everyone know about you, you are destroying and harassing Buddhist monks, you will embarrass from your MCA, bar association, Buddhist association, friends and so on
We know the SAMNAK SAMBODHI BUDDHIST TEMPLE (吉隆坡甲洞帝沙再也三宝), is very good with the foundation monks but the committee members are very proud of themselves

Cina, India, Melayu dan lain-lain perlu berhati-hati yang tinggal di Kepong, kerana golongan ini boleh melakukan sesuatu kepada semua orang. Datuk Yip Kum Fook ialah seorang peguam (YIP KUM FOOK & ASSOCIATES) No 2A & 2B, Tingkat 2, Jalan 53, Desa Jaya Kepong, 52100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan... tetapi ada orang atau kawan-kawannya berkata, Datuk Yip Kum Fook bukan peguam sebenar, kerana Datuk Yip membeli sijil dari beberapa institut undang-undang di UK sahaja

On the other hand, we need to be careful about Simon Low Kok Meng (Datuk Yip's brother-in-law), he is very protective of Datuk Yip when you talk bad about Datuk Yip, and Simon Low will inform Datuk Yip quickly
